  • It's OK to hitch in training. How else are you gonna know how the heavier weights feel? Of course you have to aim for an eventual smooth lift but you're still working your muscles . . . and your grip, hanging onto that weight that is more than your current capability.

  • btw i never hitch but its not because im a form guru or somthing its just that i never hit a situation where i have to hitch the bar i guess because my legs are strong inuff to get straighten up and my back isnt?
