There's a gap after "Silently drew his body near" and "I couldn't see etc".

So I think she's moved on from the bit with her dad and is now talking about something different. Sounds wierd though. When she played it on the radio (6 Music) she changed "Fuck" too "Sleep" - which is much better in my opinion.

no that is what the song is about, well done for getting it. most people think it is a misinterpretation and find it weird but its true. I dont think it is actually about her though it is just a character she sings about

i looked up the lyrics, i didn't type that by ear. you can say "i saw with dad" and mean that you sat with someone else's dad. and besides, i heard this live and i'm pretty sure she said dad.
