I'm watching A Christmas Story....the reason the Wizard of Oz characters are there is this- During the parade, there's a float that says "SHOP FOR GIFTS AT MCBEES" (or something like that) & there are Wizard of Oz characters. They're there to promote shopping at that store:

1. For years, whenever this was on TV and I turned on the closed captioning, the Wicked Witch was written as saying "All chocolate snowmen eat little boys". Will have to watch TBS again for it this year.

2. Watch Randy at :50, and you see him grinning at someone off-set (did he think that their filming was paused?)
