@JBKZSPrunescaperz I did it with ur exact stats, minus 4 ranged lvls and +3 def lvls. You can do it with 200k without the crystal bow. But that's with guthans so that you won't use any food throughout the caves. If you have 70 prayer, 8 prayer pots and prayer renewals will definitely be more than enough

when i did jad on my pure (my most recent experience) it kind of seemed like the actual fight was the same, but i would occasionally see a healer doing the heal emote after attacking them, So i'm not sure

its absolutely fine if the healers are attacking you, you don't have to kill them, i messed up in this vid.

If you are 1 defence theres a certain spot you use so that healers won't get on you, at one defence they can do some serious damage

i've got 98 range 60 pray 70 def....i was wondering, can i just attack each healer once and continue attacking jad? Would i be able to tank the damage from the healers? or is it advised to take the healers out before killing jad. Also i heard if ur lucky u can like the healers up so only one attacks you. IT should be possible then to tank it wouldnt it?

yes you can, i was very distracted and laggy in this video so i didn't handle the healers very well. You can attack each healer only once.

There is a spot you can stand where no healers can hit you at all, i used this spot on my 1 def pure and it works perfectly. A very good vid with that spot is posted below

Jad can start off with either prayer, proper procedure is to put range prayer on

and turn your game volume way up, if you here an explosion before you see a range hit swap to mage, then find jad asap

How many times, may I ask, did it take you til you could do this so easily? I've just been through my 6th. . . SIXTH failure at Jad. I can get to him without failure, and stick it out til his little 'buddies' come to his aid because I'm whooping his ass. Invariably, I end up slipping up in prayer whilst trying to keep the healers on me. Any suggestions? Do you think this problem is abnormal?

it took me 4 failures and since then i've done it 6 times without failure.

Once you get it you get. It just takes practice and failing it 6-10 times before you finally get it is not uncommon. Thats the purpose of the healers, to get you to slip up with the prayers, it just has to be overcome.

There are a few things that will do that now... Saradomin Brews can heal up to 16 over your max HP, mine was 99 so it went up to 115.

The Summoning scroll "Titan's Constitution" can raise u up to 8 over max, so mine would be 107/99...

Guthix Rest potions heal you 5 over max if you drink a dose at full hp. 104/99

One of the Thermal Baths in og'log can heal you 20% over your max hp... So in my case 119/99

The fish Rocktails can heal you up to 10 over max, 109/99

But once again i used brews here =]

I'd Recommend Diamond e because their special effect drains your opponents defense against range attacks... This just makes the fight get easier as you go

They are also +105 range strength

emerald e are +85

ummm there isnt really a set wave you start brewing on.. just as you feel you need to heal you can use the occasional brew, i don't brew past 99 hp until i actually get to jad tho... I usually end up using 1 brew by wave 31... and that leaves 7 for the second half and that usually does just fine as u see here =]

keep your inventory clean... remember praying always comes before eating... you can get one hit at any hp below 98 so focus on prayers first and healing second... The thing to remember is even if you do lose its only gonna cost you another couple of hours or something... So keep in mind you're not really risking a whole lot and that helps to keep your mind clear.... experience, though, definitely has the largest role... you'll do fine and i'm sure ull get a better spawn next time... best of luck

Well You dont HAVE TO pin them behind Jad.... Thats how pures do it because they don't have the defense to tank the healers. Unless something has changed... They heal themselves while attacking you, which looks exactly the same as how they look when healing Jad and some kids confuse it i'm sure...

Just be sure to hit all of them once, once you hit them they try to attack you instead of healing him, It will sometimes look like theyre still healing him, but they are healing themselves, like at 4:42 best of luck man
