I want to strangle and slowly kill all bands who do this, they release deluxe editions, bonus tracks, "pre order only" tracks, "i tunes only" tracks, etc. More or less, they just make their catalog very difficult to obtain, sometimes impossible. Why would they want their fans to NOT be able to easily enjoy & own all their music, at least the officially released material. It's not very nice to the die hard fans!! And lots of bands do this...
