Speaking as someone who has no particular political affiliation I do wonder why some of you guys ignore harsh realities. McDonnell sounds decent enough but people with left wing views are in a minority and he'll never get the support he needs. Britain, when taken in the round, is not socialist with a capital S, anymore than it is right wing with a capital R.

John Mc Donnell is vital. Britain works the longest hours for the lowest amount of pay. A recent study showed Britain in the worst place in Europe to bring up a child. John is important.

lol! to opposition! get with the times, that is where we are going now! but the only difference is we'lll be a right wing party in opposition with a soft right one in power, what does that equal? ANOTER 18 YEARS OF OPPOSITION AT LEAST! We wouldnt just like mcdonnell as PM, WE NEED HIM!!
