Stop commenting on the size of his drum set. I've watched so many drum videos, and every comment section is dominated by idiots saying "Benny Greb can do more on a 5 piece kit", and the other stereotypical dogshit that comes out of the mouths of "groovers" who think music's peak is the half time shuffle. Listen to Harry Partch and Bill Bruford, some people actually want to compose MUSIC. Those drums represent notes, so yes, he does need all of them. Nice video, mate!

Thanks for the comment .... as I've said in previous replies ... good Drumkit, cheap car ... will drum for food :) ... as soon as a drummer says melody, he needs notes, if you want a low Bb you can play it on a small black key on a keyboard, but if your a drummer you may need another floor tom .... when i play a normal cover gig or the like i just take a 5 piece. What you see is my menagerie in the studio.

not really loaded though ... typical musician, throw the money at music and drive around in a cheap car, etc etc ....

wow, dude thats a packed drumset... you have like all piccolos on one side and all cymbals on the other, and nothing but toms in the front, how could you play like that? Its really nice drum set, but id shake it up a bit if i were you.

hi, thanks for the curious (?) comment, my kit is your typical 7 piece kit, with the cymbals in all the usual places right and left, equal numbers on both sides.

the piccolos are a group tuned to a specific scale which i can play with both hands or sometimes turn to my left to play them with pedals for an extra hi-hat, bass drum etc

have a look at some of the other clips for another view and you'll see it's a normal kit with just a few extras for melody

howdy :) .... as a soon as drummer thinks about creating a melody, he needs to think of the drums that will supply the notes to pull it off ... my drumkit is a typical seven piece drumkit (three rack toms with two floors) what makes it bigger is the 6 piccolo toms to my left that are tuned to a Bb harmonic scale.

if we take a guitar with six strings and 12 frets to the octave ... you have 72 notes. imagine 72 drums set up as a giant fingerboard!!! yowza, i could take requests!
