Yes, it's better to wash your hair every second to third day instead :)

When you wash it with schampoo it washes out the oils as you said, and then when you add the conditioner you put oils back on.

So if you wash it every day your hair gets greasier faster because it becomes like a bad circle.

I prefer medium brown hair with maybe highlights on asians b/c I think it looks more natural. Blonde hair on asians looks really fake/washed out, and it looks terrible when the black roots start coming out. It just doesn't look natural at all, and I've rarely run into an Asian that looks good with blonde hair. It doesn't match the yellow undertones of the skin. Warmer browns work better.

biosilk is mostly available at salons or at ulta. you can also purchase it online. for shiny hair, you can try using the biosilk silk therapy serum. it can be used for wet or dry hair. but personally i like the chi silk infusion better, since i think the biosilk serum is a bit greasy feeling. i love the biosilk hairspray though. =]

I alternate every few days. I like to keep a variety of shampoo/conditioner on hand just to switch it up. I shampoo only once daily, then apply my conditioner. I've never heard of shampooing twice! That's interesting.

The Biosilk hairspray is honestly the best hairspray I've ever used. It is really lightweight, NEVER flakes, long-lasting, and smells good too! It's not super hard and sticky like Aquanet or anything, haha! It's definitely a quality product. You should give it a try. :]

john frieda has a blone and a brunette collection so i'm pretty sure you can find the shine shock for blonde hair. i'm not sure how to change the condition of your hair since everyone has different types of hair, but the shine shock helps to smooth down my hair and to get it less frizzy. but like i said everyone's hair is different! :]

you can use it either way; i normally use it when my hair is damp. i try and rub it in as much as i can in the dime sized amount that i squeeze out, all the way to the tips before i straighten it. some people use it when their hair is dry to add shine also.

On a bad hair day I just use my Cher wigs lol, I have over a hundred different colors they say that wearing wigs can make your hair healthier, but it's just on really humid rainy days and I can be blond, black, red, whatever I choose, even though I am a redhead with blond highlights I do my own coloring I don't trust hairstylists and I did learn a lot working for one watching the colorist so that really helped me and it's less expensive treatments and polishers work great good tip gf xx

I think any hair color on you works you're so pretty it doesn't matter really. So your hair is naturally curly? Mine is very frizzy I use the Maxipro flat iron it's awesome and it adds moisture to your hair cos it's steam it actually protects your hair from the iron.

gah...all u need is conditioner to repair ur hair...(and bit of shampoo)...

shampoo make ur hair dry..cuz it wash out the natural oil in ur hair...so...dont use it often(i use once in 2 or 3 days)..but use conditioner evry time u take shower....and polishing is damaging ur hair...=.=.....dint u say u dun wanna kill ur hair?

(i recommen u to use natural aloevera..cuz this plant just too good~)

actually, everyone has different skin types, and mine is very oily so i have to wash my hair every single day; i don't like being dirty. and i don't use the shine shock to "polish" my hair, but i use it to detangle my hair when it's wet, because it's designed for use with "soaking wet hair," and to seal split ends. you shouldn't try to offer people advice (especially girls) if you aren't in their situation and don't know the exact condition of their hair.
