this is one badass tank. Thanks WG for moving it into tier 10, and also a great video once again mate :). As for the 7.3. patch; keep the KV, KV3 and if you have IS 4. The KV will be split to KV-1 (tier 5) and KV-2 (tier 6 buffed), The KV-3 will be moved to tier 7 and the T-150 will be introduced, also you'll get the new tank for free with 100% crew and slot since both tanks are in the same tier. Also IS 4 is moved to tier 10, and as a replacement object 252 will take his place in tier 9.

A night map would be interesting... espessially if the darkness had the effect of half a bush of camo/lost in light (i.e. flickering street lamps, muzzel flash, ect.)

Wait, the side armor of the is4 is the best, if you angle it nothing can penetrate it, ive bounced 5 maus shots in the row on my side and killed the maus with the 130mm, the frontal has a weakness so.

actually from is4 to is7 is less then 10K more exp then is3 to is4 (wich is 168665 or so)

I got my IS-7 last night! Great tank! I also kept my IS-4 for specific reasons, Elite and going tier 10. Anyway, as long as you dont drive it like a Type 59, you will be a beast.

@dungeongurunet Some of the shots where they hit you front of turret with low dmg were probably HE rounds - I use HE alot on IS-4's cause they generally still do some damage. Especially the BL-10 and the BL-9 :)

Have you tried using the Removed speed governor, (I think it´s called that) on the IS-4 ?

@andor1122 I haven't because I don't want to damage the engine. Might be a good option if you need to speed back to stop an enemy cap. I might mess around with it, and see what I think. What's your experience with it?

@dungeongurunet for me i usually turn it on to rush to the front or to flank people, but turn it off right before i engage the enemies, as it greatly increases your chances of catching a fire

Just going to say, you pretty much start with crap equipment on any tank, plz don't say too much bad baout them because even you were somewhere like them.

@Ken64165 I'm not talking about stock turrets to hurt anyone's feelings. It's to help educate people about stock turrets. For the IS-4 go after it right away because your team depends on it. Fort the IS-3, it's good to know what these look like, so you can spot them in the field, and use it to your advantage, like shooting a Tiger II in the weak stock turret.

It's funny, but the first thing I noticed is that your voice gives away that you are an intelligent person :) (Contrary to many other YT users who post their vids about WoT.)

I struggle to have a consistent damage per battle. Could you make a vid how did YOU (it's unique for every person) managed to achieve this ability? What elements and tricks made you a good player?

@SuperiorBeen ive shoot alot of is4 with lowe and hitzone skins, and like 85% of shots were bounces. Ive had E75, Vk4502, T32, T34, E50 bounces on my IS4. It does has really good armor if you know how to position yourself and when to hug the enemy for extreme safety . A hugged E50 cannot do jackshit to you for example. Anyways IS4 armor is paper if you encounter JT with L61. I penetrate IS4's from long away with very ease. But overall IS4 is really a good tank, i really like it too.

The frontal armor on the IS-4 is really not that great. Any gun with 200+pen can penetrate it quite reliably. Just aim at the lower part. Also once elited E-75 has better mobility.

Let's hope that tier 10 IS-4 will be a beast.

BTW: Lowe is more than capable of penetrating IS-4.
