Oh, Hei for a First tray 42 seconds is a Very CooooL.
Ok some diving rooools;
1.Relax, stay calm before.
2.Best time you've get early moning when your body still in a sleaping mode.
3. Keep taray for some periode of time;
Lets say keep intensive breasing for ~2minutes, then STOP. Then repead again.
The best time You will get on 4th 5th tray

Actually I tried it and got 1 minute 4 seconds 1st time with just 1 big breath...

But keep safe limit =1min, Ok, please no longer than 1min.
Add muscule fitness. Here I mean what ever phisical activity You like: dancing runing bicycle, swiming. Stay for a one year with fitness and 1min.
Then, I will see You again.

I find the best way to do it, is to just not move. Moving uses oxygen and therefore will increase your bodies demand for it.
