@MissDawnDawn I had the same problem, i fixed it by clicking the cc button ( I guess that stands for close caption) its underneath the video to the far right of the timer 4th button in from the right!

instead of using the smaller ribbon to hold the bow together...it is easier to use a twist tie. Just fold the twist tie over the center of the bow and twist.
