ive heard the same thing but it was on a differnt kind of truck, it was a rock that got lodge either between the drive shaft and something else or lodge somewhere up underneath but i dont think that your problem, sounds like the coil springs or your lift flexin i guess, not sure.

@TheBloodymikey figured out it was my leaf springs they are getting old and squeaky. I need the pads to go between them but im just getting new ones

@mhockey9090 maybe it was the lifting blocks that was making the noise. i have an f-150 with 3 inch lifting blocks and they make noise. idk what it is that makes the noise, but they've never broken. someone told me maybe the bushing need to be greased, someone else said maybe the blocks need to be tightened down. im not sure which might work for you, but you can try 'em
