This cover was nice because you have a very nice voice and you lack a certain number of the mannerisms has accumulated thourghout his carreer. The lyrics are sufficiently loaded with drama to overstate them as Morrissey does. However, I love the more flamboyant original. What, I appreciate in your cover is the compelling simplicity. An advice: you should work on the voice breaks (breathe) : then you'd be perfect.

Sure the acoustic guitar alone would be a bit dry, but it had a bit of an old ricky nelson sound to it that just sounded very mopey and morrissey like. the bass and drum wasnt really necessary.
