I started on a djx and mtv music creator! and then got a mpc 500 and records and turntables...now I got a usb turntable with fruity loops 9 xxl with a gang of sounds I downloaded 4 free...shout 2 kvr vst! and I sample with edison inside fruity loops and then export to pro tools to make the track! fruity loops is dope. pro tools is amazing...dont matter what u got its how u use it...peace

I agree, FL is a very good program as long as you dont strictly the stock sounds and get a bunch of drum/sound kits. the FL grid system is really easy to use once you get the hang of it. Long story short, really nice remix meng...

It ain't that the program is necessarily a bad program.. its just most people don't use the mixing parts.. I make instrumentals in pro tools 8..but i worked with a client that used fruity loops and once I loaded the sounds into pro tools and mixed it with his vocals it came out great.. FL is look down on because most people using it are in a home studio with low budget equipment and don't have the knowledge to know how they suppose to mix... So most FL users quality does suck
