@zx140zx The girl in this Saw 4 clip in the hair chair trap is a prostitute as shown in the flash of the pictures of her and another woman. Prostitution is a crime, so that makes her a criminal. But she didn't deserve that kind of punishment, having her hair peeled off of her head like that. That's something Hoffman would come up with because Hoffman just wants to see people suffer.
