911's only move was the Chokeslam. Look in this video - the fans seem to be pretty pissed off that all 911 can do is chokeslam people. The crowd looks bored as if they didn't get their moneys worth. Actually lets be honest, only the Internet Wrestling Community cares how many moves a wrestler has or doesn't have. If a wrestler has 1 move and people pay to see them do that 1 move. 911 shows the genius of Paul E. 911 was just a huge human being and had almost no talent with the mic or wrestling wise. But ECW fans loved him and amazingly 911 even got a contract with WCW.
He hangs out at a lot of bars along the Jersey shore, I had a buddy who was a bouncer that refused to throw him out of a bar after a fight cause he didn't want to have to deal with him.
If Borne didn't last in ECW cuz of drugs he must of been doing some really heavy shit to the point he couldn't perform because it's been said ECW was like a drug haven

So, for whatever reason, the fans accepted that this Doink was good enough to have their fun with, even though they all knew it wasn't the same Doink and was really Borne under the make up.
