@lynux6gold Legally, that doesn't come under "Fair Use" . A performer owns his/her image and using it without either permission, or recompense, is theft of trade, and the creator of this video can be sued. I don't think anyone connected to the origin will bother.
"Fair Use", by the way, consists of parody and satire. A few years ago an artist did some black and white portraits of various old-time stars, such as the Three Stooges. Their estates sued him and won. Just stating the facts.
