1.No motivation. Why I should do the work, when I couldn't get anything from it?

2.Social isolation. Lack of communication between human beings could lead into boredom or even mass suicides.

@noobas00 Furthermore, having lived in the Soviet Union, I can tell you that no one was without a job, being injured meant FREE treatment and pay for absence. Anyone who didn't work would receive increasingly severe punishments, usually jail time. On the note of communism, what the Russians established was not true communism for communism has no money what so ever. It was as corrupt as your capitalism.
