There HAS to be 2 guitars playing on the intro. That little lead part is on the high E and B strings. It is either sliding or hammering on. If you watch the video closely he is only barring the first fret on those 2 strings. It would be cool to do that with one guitar though. But it will take some stretching or restructuring. I'm on it. :P
