At the end of this month we have National Championships and I'm doing 11 training sessions a week ~ 22 hours.
I hope I reach the finals with my 0:50'22 on 100 free :)

proud swimming almost 13 hours a week just to drop .01 seconds-its amazing how much dedication it takes to swim
but its even more amazing when your standing on the tallest podium and 3,000 people are cheering for you after a race.
