True love lasts forever; obsession dwindles w/ time.Tea was a passing obsession for Todd that only lasted about 2 yrs. After that, Todd got over Tea (by early-2000) & lost all real interest in her. He only loved & pursued Blair from mid-2000 on. Tea came back in his life & attempted to re-connect w/ him different times, but he had no real interest in her. She finally accepted that on the island. TSJ/Victor had a solid connection & love w/Tea. Victor loved Tea in a way Todd never could. VnT--yes.
This makes it clear RH is the real Todd. And he makes it clear who the real love of his life always was--Blair. He stated he survived 8 yrs of torure b/c he thought of returning to Blair & their children. The way he stared lovingly at & then kissed Blair left no doubt who he'd always loved. TnB belong together & always have. So many obstacles have been placed in their way, but they always found their way back to each other. I hope the writers honor that & make them the end game. TnB forever!!!
Todd, Blair and Starr, will always be the true Mannings to me. That's how Starr knows that he's the REAL Todd, they have a special connection just like T&B do. Those three have a special bond and connection forever
That kiss is something else. Todd kisses Blair and pulls away from her like he's she's water and he's a thirsty man in the desert. Like she's sustenance and she fuels him. Damn it. I promised myself I was done with soaps last year but I randomly watched RH's return and I'm apparentl back for the end of this show.

arg!!! smell a TnB reunion just around the bend - yuck! the way RH and FL kept looking at each other the whole time and he even walked towards her only to be stopped by TSJ and still they're going to force us to watch a TnB reunion! not sure i can stomach that even though i'm glad RH is back!

I think it's because she hates knowing that she was fooled. I'm SO HAPPY RH is back with OLTL! This episode was amazing. I had chills the entire time. I can't wait for more!!
I thought it was interesting... RHTodd says to Blair "You were my wife." But he says to Tea "We were married." I like how they present that comparison of intimacy. Good dialogue.

I love this actor. I was not familiar with him until yesterday. I spent the night watching old clips. He is awesome. Why hasn't he been in movies and more prime time?

@arabellesidney You've been missing out. Roger makes you fall in love with every character he plays (even if the role is a murdering rapist such as Todd Manning or Randall Lynch from Prey). He puts a part of himself into his roles. He seems to like privacy too much to become an extremely well known name/face, but those who know of him can't help but love his talents. Of course, those who don't adore him are unaware of what real talent is. What clips have you seen so far? There are a lot on YT.
Maybe be the ones posted are like the best of Roger Howarth. So I will tell you what I loved about him. He obviously has the star appeal. He is the center of the scene. It seem to me that he was an attentive interactive actor. The scenes with children are amazing. He treats them as equals. The scenes with Sam are sweet. With Starr as a child are amazing. Of the ones I saw I especially loved "Oh Great One." I haven't watched enough of him.
Sorry I am gushing but I wanted to add that he can do humor, vunerablity, humility and cruelity in the same scene. I love the scene where he is agrueing with his wife, Blair and he picks her up to carry her out of the room and a blonde comes in and threatens him with a vase of flowers. In stead it breaks over her head. He starts laughing and I love the twinkle in his eye. There are others and if you can recommend some I would love that.
@arabellesidney The scenes between RH and the woman who plays Gabrielle in the early 2000's are hilarious. They played off each other really well-and I thought in some scenes Roger could barely keep from laughing. I know they are on Youtube somewhere-maybe on cataz's channel.
@arabellesidney Look up OLTL 1993 spring fling and you will find clips from the frat party when the rape took place. Then look up Todd Manning 1, you will find continuous clips that start with the episode immediately after spring fling. There are over 800 parts that cover his first 4 years on OLTL. When you run out of them you can pick up where you left off by looking up OLTL Todd and Tea 1997 36. When you finish those clips you will have seen from 1993-1998. It's a great story from the start.

@pitbullwinkle I use that to describe TnB because that is what Todd-the real Todd-RH-used to describe himself and Blair. Blair is the only woman he has ever said that about-so I think it fits.

@pitbullwinkle I've never heard that-in fact-I had heard that Roger felt that between Tea and Blair, Blair was better suited for Todd. But as far as real life counterparts-I believe Florencia's temperment is more like that of Roger's-very laid back and low key. Kassie is very bubbly and outgoing. I'm not sure who has the better working relationship.

@cheetahinireland18 No dear, I'm not mixing them up, I read it after he left in 2000, I have watched Roger Howarth in action as Todd since the early days and watched the Origninal TnT storyline since 1997 when FL was first introduced as Tea. Have always been a Todd n Tea fan and never accepted Trevor as Todd, It was a bad s/l from the get go. Although I do love Trevor I just never accepted him as Todd.
@pitbullwinkle I am a huge TNT fan and I am so blissed out to have RH back that I could care less that the show is obviously going with a TnB story line. I can easily survive on a TNT scene here and there, a moment, a conversation between the two of them because they are magical, always have been. Can't wait til the "Dani, Danielle" conversation. I love how John is trying his best to ignore everything that Todd does that could get him in serious trouble. I think he just hates the fake so much that he wants to see him go down in flames no matter what. He killed Kent, used his stolen credit card, knocked out spiderman and stole his costume, "borrowed" Sam, pulled a gun on (and threatened to shoot) the fake twice, and admitted to stalking Blair. John just rolls his eyes and pretends he didn't see or hear anything.

I was so happy when TM kisses Blair the chemistry is so obvious. When he calls Starr shorty it made me think of when she was a little girl best daughter and father relationship. For those Tea and Todd fans sorry his one true love is Blair and I cant wait to see them together again.
I love how Blair and Starr seem to almost instantly accept RH, while Jack sides with TSJ. And Tea seems to be somewhere in the middle. You can't discount the connection RH has with Blair and Starr. Will be interesting to see how he interracts with Dani.
Was excited about the two Todd's.... but this writing is horendous. RH and TSJ are doing a great job with whats given, but instead of the focus being on who has Todd's original face, it needs to be about how a man was able to convince an entire family that he's Todd. There's too many holes in the story and I don't think its making sense.
@enekesa88 I don't have much faith in the writers, but I think that part is coming. He asked Tea today how could she fall for it, and we know he's not going to be satisfied w/their explanations.
Good stuff! But why is Todd 2.0 acting like this? He's practically cracking up (losing it, not laughing) in these scenes. Is it the direction or TSJ?

This Jack is so terrible recast and throw him into the reject pile. The little boy playing Sam is performing better at this point. So I guess Sam isn't Todd's son after all. Oh well they should of never had Todd had that kid in the first place.

anyone notice how starr was moving away from tsj when he was telling jack and her that he was their father and not to doubt him? but she didnt back away from rh. i love todd and starr. they got the best father and daughter relationship out of all the soaps. starr was his little sidekick! i remember one time when they were in the courtroom and he gave her a signal and she let her snake from her bag haha
when blair told rh if hes really todd he would never raise a hand to his own child is so true! but tsj would and does! hes an abusive punk who man handled jack and the way he yelled at tea and said lets go, rh shoulda kicked his ass for that! and blair should cut rh some slack for knocking out jack. he hasnt seen him since he was a baby.
@lucasscott458 blair needs to remember TSJ todd threw starr down the stairs and since than been abusive where he has to be paranoid also overprotective where he doesnt let his so call kids live there own life. RH todd would never lay a hand on any of his kids and if he hit jack over the head it was a accident doesn't mean he would go to the extreme on his kids.
I know that being in a catatonic state can mellow one out but I want bad ass RHTodd to show TSJ Todd something he acted like a total arrogant prick in these scenes his character needs his ass kicked.

I loved Starr's reaction when she went to touch his face. I am so ready to see angry RHTodd after these scenes specifically when it happens I'll be singing the chorus from Michael Jackson's song Bad. "And the whole world has to answer right now just to tell you once again whose bad." LOL.
You would think that they would notice the differences in their voices. Plastic surgery wouldn't change your voice to make you sound like someone else. His eye color is different and he's two inches shorter. These people are really dumb if they can't tell who's who. I think they know the truth, but they don't want to accept it because facing the truth sucks when you're the sucker.

Now that people is love! You will never see anything come close to what Todd and Blair share, they love hard and they fight hard. This is why they are the most dynamic couple in OLTL history and in soaps.

@chicagolowe Todd and Blair are "IT" for me, I've watched many soaps and couples and none come close to what they share. These two characters just work, though they have loved and shared their lives with others in the past the one thing is that they always come back together despite it all, even when they were trying to destroy one another, underneath it all they still loved one another but couldn't say the words because it hurt too much.

And I'm so glad TSJ turned out to be a fake-because Blair had a problem forgiving him for his horrible behavior regarding Starr and Jack in recent years-and now she doesn't have to-because that wasn't Todd! That instant connection between Starr and RH was amazing!
@chicagolowe RHTodd is the real Todd. I have absolutely no doubt about it. But, also I am already biased because I've never accepted TSJ as Todd Manning. He's never been Todd and I am ecstatic that he never will be. The last 8 years will go up in a cloud of smoke, and I am happy as all out hell.

YESSSSSSSSSSS I love it. The writers are giving the Blair and Rh Todd fans a long waited for reunion. It was always Blair for RH Todd. He cared for Tea, but he really kind of used her to get Star and then he used her to get himself out of trouble. Plus, he needed Tea to fall back on when he did something it took Blair a long time to get over. Now, we get to watch Blair and Todd hook up then tare each other apart because they always do.
Easy for the fake Todd to show that he was Danni's father because he with the rogue CIA Baker. That is how he got the real Todd's DNA to change the results. He always helped Starr even with her pet Tarantula's. Starr's dad would have never thrown her down the stairs pregnant. Blair should have known when she asked the fake todd if he remembered her earrings and he replied "no" and walked away. Tea knows whose telling the truth when they were on the island and they were married more than once.
TSJ leaving the show is just another twist to confuse the fans. They tricked the fans of all my children when David H came back from the dead. Everyone thought he left the show and look what happened!...OLTL is trying to confuse all the fans o thinking that RH is Todd. You really thing TSJ is a fraud? Go back to clips with him and David, Marty, Bo, Nora, etc. Starr made me so mad when she looked at TSJ with disgust. So now when a man with your dad's face comes, you think TSJ Todd is a fake?

We are all forgetting about one thing. When TSJ was about to be executed, he had visual memories of his past. Can writers explain that? @prisonbreak2005 I think because they had the real Todd locked up they (the "agency") tampered with the DNA test (remember it's not that hard on OLTL) and used the real Todd's blood to show that TSJ is Dani's father. That would be the best explanation.

TSJ is the only Todd I've ever known, I mean I've seen a few old episodes of RH, but that's it. But to be honest I'm really loving RH as Todd right now.
If it walks like Todd Manning and it talks like Todd Manning and it looks like Todd Manning and it sounds like Todd Manning and it kisses like Todd Manning, it must be Todd Manning. TnB belong together & always have. So many obstacles have been placed in their way, but they always found their way back to each other. I hope the writers honor that & make them the end game. @arabellesidney You've been missing out. Roger makes you fall in love with every character he plays (even if the role is a murdering rapist such as Todd Manning or Randall Lynch from Prey). He puts a part of himself into his roles. He seems to like privacy too much to become an extremely well known name/face, but those who know of him can't help but love his talents. Of course, those who don't adore him are unaware of what real talent is. What clips have you seen so far? There are a lot on YT.

Maybe be the ones posted are like the best of Roger Howarth. So I will tell you what I loved about him. He obviously has the star appeal. He is the center of the scene. It seem to me that he was an attentive interactive actor. The scenes with children are amazing. He treats them as equals. The scenes with Sam are sweet. With Starr as a child are amazing. Of the ones I saw I especially loved "Oh Great One." I haven't watched enough of him.

Sorry I am gushing but I wanted to add that he can do humor, vunerablity, humility and cruelity in the same scene. I love the scene where he is agrueing with his wife, Blair and he picks her up to carry her out of the room and a blonde comes in and threatens him with a vase of flowers. In stead it breaks over her head. He starts laughing and I love the twinkle in his eye. There are others and if you can recommend some I would love that.

@arabellesidney Look up OLTL 1993 spring fling and you will find clips from the frat party when the rape took place. Then look up Todd Manning 1, you will find continuous clips that start with the episode immediately after spring fling. There are over 800 parts that cover his first 4 years on OLTL. When you run out of them you can pick up where you left off by looking up OLTL Todd and Tea 1997 36. When you finish those clips you will have seen from 1993-1998. It's a great story from the start.

But as far as real life counterparts-I believe Florencia's temperment is more like that of Roger's-very laid back and low key. Kassie is very bubbly and outgoing. I'm not sure who has the better working relationship.

Have always been a Todd n Tea fan and never accepted Trevor as Todd, It was a bad s/l from the get go. Although I do love Trevor I just never accepted him as Todd.

I think he just hates the fake so much that he wants to see him go down in flames no matter what. He killed Kent, used his stolen credit card, knocked out spiderman and stole his costume, "borrowed" Sam, pulled a gun on (and threatened to shoot) the fake twice, and admitted to stalking Blair. Was excited about the two Todd's.... but this writing is horendous. RH and TSJ are doing a great job with whats given, but instead of the focus being on who has Todd's original face, it needs to be about how a man was able to convince an entire family that he's Todd. There's too many holes in the story and I don't think its making sense.

You would think that they would notice the differences in their voices. Plastic surgery wouldn't change your voice to make you sound like someone else. His eye color is different and he's two inches shorter. These people are really dumb if they can't tell who's who. Easy for the fake Todd to show that he was Danni's father because he with the rogue CIA Baker. That is how he got the real Todd's DNA to change the results. He always helped Starr even with her pet Tarantula's. Starr's dad would have never thrown her down the stairs pregnant. @gthug818 I read in ABC that he was fired and the last air date wasn't sure yet ! TSJ said that he loved playing the actor and he loved the people there !! He's very good about it all !! I love TSJ with Spinelli from GH that was hilarious !

TSJ is Todd and thats the bottom line....I understand where Starr is coming from, but to look at TSJ with disgust when there is no proof that TSJ isn't Todd is wrong. We are all forgetting about one thing. When TSJ was about to be executed, he had visual memories of his past. Can writers explain that? I like RH Todd but come on...Ive watched OLTL because of TSJ Todd. Just because some man comes in with the original todd's face does not mean he is the real Todd.

@gthug818 No what I think happened is that since they were always trying to get RH back and he was in another soap they made it seem that he was i think the only explanation is that he is a Clone by the CIA ! Like the movie the 6th day with Arnold Schwarzenagger, this would be the only way because he had memeories of starr but that was mistake of the writers !!! Love RH always and Like TSJ so much it's bittersweet !! One thing is sure when he told Tea I have always loved you that wasn't true

@prisonbreak2005 I think that TSJ is a clone i really do because of the DNA for Danielle that is the only thing unless they have someone flag anything Todd since the CIA can do that 1!!! I think that becuase when they were going to kill him with leathel injection he had memories of starr, blair and I think he has to be a clone, because they messed that up that's the only way !! I love RH he's back and I really enjoyed and like TSJ but the real todd is back !!! Sam is TSJ because he got raped

@prisonbreak2005 I think because they had the real Todd locked up they (the "agency") tampered with the DNA test (remember it's not that hard on OLTL) and used the real Todd's blood to show that TSJ is Dani's father. That would be the best explanation.

@lilyfoxylady Exactly-On the island Todd finally slept with Tea-and realized that Blair is his true love, and braved the open seas to get back to Blair. That was the final choice-and he is still keping it-he chooses Blair! TSJ may really love Tea...but I guess he's gone in a few weeks.
