The reason "georgia is so hard to get into":

They have the hope scholarship in the state of Georgia that awards free tuition to all who qualify (about anyone who graduates high school). Then them boys say, "Mama, I dun think I wanna go to jawja cuz I got da hope." Then the entire state of Georgia high school grads apply to uga.
