@MrDeersify Supras are good in drag racing, but not the best. The Supra will need more than just 1000 hp to beat this skyline. BMWs, mercedes, etc are very fast as well, can easily reach 1000 hp, but a little more expensive. most cars with 1000hp could beat other cars.

Power and torque are not the only factors in drag racing. For example, the awd of a gtr version of the Skyline can be better off the line.

The g power has 800 hp. From the start, the slr should be winning because its lighter, but the bmw has too much hp for the 722 to win. There's a video here somewhere of that very race.

if you had a 1000hp skyline vs a 1000hp supra, the skyline will win no doubt, 4wd means it can launch off the limiter with little traction loss, a supra would be slower cos it would just be spinning up the wheels. it would be a similar result if you had a 500hp skyline vs a 500hp supra.

If you launch a skyline at say 9000rpm on a dry track it will grip and go. If you did the same launch with a supra even with slicks i bet you would have wheel spin but yes running slicks on a supra will improve its qtr mile time.
