No, Taistelutomaatti. He is more likely socially awkward, but his English is not bad. I could totally understand him and I am a American born Chinese. I understand the difficulties trying to speak in a different language. Hellogeorge1985 is very right that the presenter or native English speaking folks need to try to speak a different language to understand the difficulties and not think that people have to speak English all over the world.
