  • Upstairs Downstairs is a TV series. I think a series from 1936-1939 or 1945 . The 1930s and 40s was I beieve the LAST of the "upstairs downstairs" way of life.

    The events were filmed in the 63 and 65 Eaton Place the apartaments in front to 62

    I must say is a block is very quiet despite being so close to Sloane Square

  • I think the bags have to be left out in an exact time slot when the refuse colection comes each day Its just unfortunate the video took place at this time I have walked through this area a few times on the way to Victoria Station and hadnt seen any

  • Nice neighbourhood (I have seen "Upstairs Downstairs" of course; here in Germany it was titled "The house at Eaton Place"). But the black garbage bags on the walkway just look ugly; there must be a more elegant way to dispose of the trash.
