@ooohmyhead perhaps they are too young to have partied to dnb. lots are just old enough to think that dubstep is a brand new creation all in itself. they may not see that dubstep is influenced by hiphop, dnb, reggae, dub(!), electro and trance. its what makes dubstep great... but it's still one of drum and bass' lovechilds. Lincoln Barrett is a class producer and dj and he helps spread positivity, i say let him continue to influence all the genres and the sub-genres. great music will live on!
