When she said that statement she was talking about civil rights cases and actually said that a white judge can make a case on a civil rights case but it takes time and effort to be empathetic.

Specifically she was talking about the allowing of separate but equal by white judges.

Would a Black man, with the richness of his experiences (including underprivileged education) have come to the same conclusion? He would have not allowed it. Same goes for a latina women from that background.

That's not true. Clarence Thomas would have came to the same conclusion as the white judge. Judges are suppose to draw conclusions from an objective point of view, without any personal biases.
