Id never put my baby on the floor with a dog. Doesnt matter how docile or placid your dog is , how long you've known it to be an amazing dog. it's still just an animal. If it wants to teach your soft defenseless child a lesson for scaring it or pulling its fur/whiskers it will. And it'll happen before you can react. Better to not take the risk.

@blueberrybananashot we got a beagel, well e took her over since her last family knew crap about dogs, beagles are in 99% gentle, and nice dogs, they have a huuuge apetite, so you have to keep an eye on the food, cuz they get fat pretty fast, our beagle is a female and 3 years old, if you got the right toy she will play with to no end, they'r still Hunters, if you go in a forest, always have her favorite treat with you, cuz if she smells something, gone is the dog, but they come right back ^^

@ognimoddd Apparently when I was born, my Dog seemed to know very well that I was my mum's "puppy" based on how excited and protective she got. Dogs are apparently able to tell when a woman is pregnant too, even if it's so early on in the pregnancy that there's no bump yet.
