  • lol what. subtitles for the english translator.

  • now we know chinese kung fu is all fake!

  • A person that learns an art does not always have the right intentions or do something stupid they are no better than a gangbanger besides those who think their masters in Kungfu are to afraid to start fights with dangerous gangbangers, gangsters an will likely to start a fight with soemone less vulnerable than themself. Thinking Kungfu is only for nice guys which is not true if they want to prove their tough pick a fight with a MMA pro or a criminal gang convict on the street then we'll see.

  • @helmet122

    i agree

  • @kumronaruto1995ninja Wish more would.

  • And about the cop thing, which I can understand but remember if your using the most deadly art with the most deadly moves in the world that can kill anyone then a cop, military or any armed service would be the perfect place to test your "skills" on as you Kungfu practitioners put it instead of starting it on the street with some nobody or how about walk the streets and use it on rapist muggers who go after kids women? They might try to hurt you. Yeah keep making claims that Kungfu beats all

  • @helmet122 wow forget this...u dont even read my post. i never said "kung fu beats all". Quoted from me "Im not saying kung fu is better, all i am saying is that it is not useless like you made it sound like" you make the most absurd arguments that are irrelevant as well. You also twist my meaning of thug. By thug i meant gangster or gangbanger who usually think kung fu is useless which it is not. You also lack knowledge. Not just anyone learns Iron Body. Only the most advanced ppl practice it.

  • @MrFunkywhale You make it sound like Kungfu beats all by saying, and quoted by you

"traditional kung fu is not used in MMA because MMA has regulations. It focuses alot on strikes to the throat, ears, eyes, and the vulnerable spots that are harder to train. It focuses on killing which isnt what ppl try to do"

That can apply to ANY STYLE depends on what the practitioner is training for whether it's MMA Judo, kickboxing, Savate, TKD, etc that does not apply only to Kungfu

  • @MrFunkywhale Other styles focus on those vulnerable spots too don't act like Kungfu owns the rights to defending yourself on the street ANY style can be used as a self defense or as a sport just like your so called legendary Kungfu, one aspect can be self defense another they do competition just like in any martial art. I have seen competiions like Chi Sao, Sanda, and Wing Chun and I have not seen anyone rip the persons eyes, throat, kill look more like wannabe kickboxers.

  • @MrFunkywhale Ur new post is completely irrelevant to mine...i never said kung fu is "legendary". but anyways have fun living an ignorant life. Dont bother responding. Peace

  • Cops dont use it for two reasons, 1) obviously MA are good to know but guns will usually do better and two, they usually are not trying to kill the dangerous person, just arrest them. As for street fights, in kung fu, size makes no difference as one flexibility makes them able to reach almost anywhere and thugs usually dont train iron throat or iron head so strikes to those areas will do full damage even if they are bigger. Im not saying they can beat anyone, but im saying its not "just a hobby"

  • @MrFunkywhale Also make it sound like Kungfu is used only for good inoccent people out for good justice and have the most special moves well sorry to ruin your dreams but thugs can train iron throat iron head or chicken wing fist because their are thugs who think Kungfu is cool but don't consider themselves thugs because they do Kungfu anyone who starts fights is a thug imo. I've met quite a few and they wont dare try their super tricks on pro fighters or brawlers

  • lol i like how he says what i can bring to the table is speed when the big fat football players technique and speed is actually better than his at this kick

  • domestic violence in asia must be extreme lol

  • Why don't you see soldiers, cops and ring fighters using Kungfu moves against those who are really scary, intimidating or dangerous? If guys want to use it for a great hobby, which it is, for feeling good, great , but to think they can take on anyone...not saying every guy that does Kungfu has this attitude but these days seems like alot of guys that do MA styles seem to think their higher than everyone else.

  • @helmet122 Why would the police force bother when the police could just use their blubber to restrain a suspect on the ground.

  • @helmet122 I am a kung fu student of both traditional shaolin style as well as sanda. Just saying the way you said your statements, you make it sound like kung fu is completely useless in street fighting or MMA fighting. Kung Fu can be a hobby but it is not limited to it. traditional kung fu is not used in MMA because MMA has regulations. It focuses alot on strikes to the throat, ears, eyes, and the vulnerable spots that are harder to train. It focuses on killing which isnt what ppl try to do.

  • @MrFunkywhale Why you guys always try to challenge others? Why start fights with those inexperienced? Challenge fighters in a MMA MuayThai facility if you want to prove something? Why not challenge a street fighter or serial killer to prove your Kungfu is so deadly? Why not join the military if Kungfu is the best for kills? All these questions can be asked but none of you Kungfuers have an answer, just blast MMA and other styles on youtube claim you can beat anyone an look for easy targets.

  • @helmet122 you misunderstand...i never said i would out right win against anybody. All i said is what kung fu focuses on. To be able to strike accurately with kung fu and kill in an instant, someone needs to be a master of kung fu. Of course this is true with other martial arts as well. Any martial arts is meant to kill. Im not saying kung fu is better, all i am saying is that it is not useless like you made it sound like

  • wow its still looks fast even though they slow mo master wang's chain punches

  • Master Wong is a bad ass!

  • now I feel like Chinese food

  • @ 6:05 is such a cheap shot by the master. He just caught him off gaurd with that chpeaness.

  • This is a good history of Wing Chun. Sam Kwok has some credibility here since he learned from Ip Chun and Ip Ching. These are the sons of Ip Man. Of course these stories are old, so who knows what the EXACT truth is. But I love hearing these stories and it makes me think of how Wing Chun came to be.

    kwokwingchun.co.uk/history-family-tree

  • @odysseus123321 Just make sure to add "w w w" to kwokwingchun.co.uk/history-family-tree

  • And gotta respect the Chinese army... they are like the neatest & tidiest army i've seen throughout HumanWeapon thus far... lol-ed

  • Does anyone else think that this Wing Chun arts seems more powerful than the Sanda they're featuring...!?

  • @Athrun000 i am a wing chun practicioner, and yeah it looks pretty badass here! but i would say wing chun is definatly better for street fighting, in fact all kung fu styles are better for street fighting. Sanda is basically chinese ring fighting so its better for that.

  • @Kira1232123 Why are so many Kung fu schools so expensive? and if it's supposed to be the most deadly art why don't Kung fu practitioners go in the military to end this war?

  • @helmet122 you misunderstand me my friend, even though i am a kung fu practicioner and its among my favourite styles. its the practicioners that determine the strength and not the style of martial arts alone. I think they meant deadliest in that episode as in Sanda is the only style whose primary purpose is to attack while other kung fu styles are primarily self defense attitude. but again any martial art can be devastating if someone practices it right.

  • @Kira1232123 But you said Kungfu styles are better for street fighting. I've met Kungfu guys they acted like they can take anyone that they could beat anyone on the streets, even take on a MMA fighter an come from a traditional Chinese dojo environment. This might sound intimidating against a weaker, nicer joe but having Kungfu means you can injure kill someone easy then let see them against a pro or novice MMA fighter, street thug taller an bigger or go on the front lines against real threats.

  • its funny wing chun is a southern art yet its found in the NORTH?

  • @crocgator44 karate is a japanese art, and it can be found in sweden. whats ur point?

  • @veshkeat Karate is an Okinawa martial art. The Japanese took over Okinawa and now they teach it everywhere.

  • @killerclown789 Actually, most forms of karate have diverged too far from the original to still be considered the okinawan art of code-tei.

But I see your point, wasn't really thinking when I wrote that. Karate did indeed come from Okinawa originally

  • @killerclown789 Karate actually was a form of chinese martial arts

  • @alexbland14 It's a mixture between Kung Fu and Jujutsu. It's still a completely different martial art though.

  • @crocgator44 just how dumb are you? Tacos are mexican yet you find them in the US, your logic is dumb

  • its funny wing chun is a southern art yet they find it in the south ?

  • Embarassing to look at them stepping over asians.. Kinda..

  • In the United states, if our police used that kick to someone, they would get in ALOT of trouble, more than the criminal they used it on LOL

  • look how clumsy those two look hahahaha

  • I thought Yip Man was the best martial artist?

  • @numb19029 Yip man was a teacher of bruce lee, However, bruce lee improvised alot so you cant say that yip man is better because he taught bruce.

  • I'm sure the best martial artist lived WAY before Bruce Lee or Yip Man... People that used martial arts to not die, not just for fun.

  • @numb19029 its a matter of your perspective

  • lol they got the wing chun thing wrong, i think the story of that this nun called Wu Mei taught Yim Wing Chun the style and it's later named after Wing Chun

  • @fightmate yeah except the nuns name was Ng Mui, and yeah it was named after the women Wing chun but not by her it was named that by her lover who she did teach the martial art to :D

  • @crocgator44 yeah i remember reading that somewhere in a book.

  • @systemsevil yeup cause thats the common story that was told my Ip man :)

  • @fightmate The wikipedia this stuff, leave em alone lol

  • @fightmate That may be true but have you ever considered that maybe somethings should be lost. Lest those to burn down the temple and have already done so. Why did you think it was burned down in the first place? Then ask yourself how is it that these styles have been able to survive for as long as it has?

  • @fightmate that is correct, although what made the wing chun style unique is that Yim wing chun "updated it" and made it better. She taught the style to her husband, who he later named it after his wife, Yim Wing Chun

  • @fightmate True. But from what I gather Wu Mei taught her the style so that she could defeat the guy who is forcing her to marry him.

  • @lazaga777 well there are many versions of this story but the main point is that we know that the martial art is named after this woman

  • Yeah they did get that wrong also on the computer simulation the wing chun fighter didnt squeeze his knees together. He was also leaning forward

  • @alexbland14 not every wing chun practitioner squeeze their knees together when they fight especially when moving forward but leaning forward is definitely a mistake

  • Damn that master at wing chun is skinny and not that musular like bill but damn he can throw a punch fkn hard

  • I had my interest in wing chun after watching the movie Ip Man. If u guys haven't watched it, I highly recommend it.

  • The wall was constructed over 20 centuries? 1:37

  • @17430ching What they meant was that the original wall was modified and perfected over time.. Like the great wall, they just added improvements to the original design.

  • 4:58 Bong Sao, Lop Sao, Jik Chung Choy lol

  • 9 people lost to a kung fu master

  • holy shit...master wong is like skinny-ish but punches so fast/hard

  • 'one punch, no matter how devastating, wouldnt be enough to finish a fight'

right. thats what we do in wing chun. punch once and stop.

  • @sourav777 if it was a suoer hard punch to the balls it would finish the fight

  • @hu0189743 I was being sarcastic. Wing chun depends on chain punching. You never punch once and stop. Their statement was idiot.

  • @hu0189743 not realy there is a vid of a sholin monk bing kicked in the balls over and over again and he is fine soooo yea 1 punch wont do mutch and if you depend on that then dont expect to win

  • @sourav777 I thought that's what he said the first time too, but i'm pretty sure he meant if they wanted to have a chance in their fight they were going to need to learn more than just the wing-chun punch.

  • the great wall of china was actually made 2 keep chuck norris out, it fail miserably

  • Who Would Ever Try To Fight Master Wong.... He Will Kill You In A Instant

  • I don't like it when they stop training to talk to the camera.. kinda disrespect the opponant..

  • @bgscheiss Agree. It is a show so, yea that will happen. It sucks.

  • win chun is awesome! im gonna learn it soon so yea. the teach butterfly swords and dragon poles.

  • cool shit. 1 of the great styles of mankind

  • ng mui actually instructed her in a style that was suitable for her and she used it agaisnt the bandit that forced her to marry her

  • chinese ca ca

  • That kick they did at the Kung Fu Polich (sorry can't spell it ;p) It is used in the BodyGuard Combo and I use it in taekwondo :o is that against the rules :o

  • Shit... chinese kung fu is like made for kill

  • @MccThrane duh (-_-)...

  • The thing I really don't like about Chambers is that he's not executing the front kick properly. When you do this kick, you bring your knee up, deliver the kick, and bring the knee back to its original position before bringing the leg back to your fighting stance. When you pay close attention to Chambers, he brings the knee up, kicks, and then swings the leg back. Yes, he's fast. But if your opponent is quick to notice such a flaw, he can use it to his advantage.

  • @xNfamouz yeah i saw it.

  • that guys are so stiff

  • @TheRuckanucka You shouldn't compare styes at all. Like Bruce Lee said, "let your style be no style" so look at everything and adapt what's usefull. So look at all the apples, oranges and plums and take what you need to make the pefect fruit salad for the occation.

If you are to compare things, you can only compare specific techniques, and i like how they do that in this program.

  • I wanna train under the blindfolded guy. That would be sweet.

  • ....Those are some fast punches....

  • jay chou @ 2:21 :)

  • why do they put subtitles for the british guy?

  • @Aydee2020 aparently the accent is not understood by Americans.

  • @Aydee2020 coz its pretty hard to understan i guess

  • Turn on transcribed audio ROFLOL

  • that master wong guy is a fucking warrior

  • Bills kicks are weak he lacks flexibility.

  • I wonder what his student was thinking like "Ah crap, he got the blindfold out, not again"

  • The thing though, besides movies/philosophy and working out..did Lee actually do any fighting that people recorded? Calling him the greatest martial artist of our age or possibly any other is a pretty big compliment that needs a big amount of info to back it up.

  • @Greenacres88 wikipedia org/wiki/Bruce_lee#Fight_history

  • @Greenacres88 There actually is quite a few accounts of Bruce lee fighting. Aside from having a short temper growing up and getting into street fights, there are a few documentaries out there where people give anecdotes of other martial artists challenging him on movie sets. Bruce Lee was definitely the real deal.

  • Bill has some big ass hands

  • seach for ip man on youtube

  • OMG IS JACKIE CHAN!!! XD

  • i think the beast their is his Stance... not his face!

  • 4:20 wow, that is some insane speed, and I doubt that is his full potential.

  • @r3xx

yeah. Skilled fighters have the speed to move faster than a normal speed camera.

  • @Sads626 Cool. I looked at a picture of me doing a jump front kick and my foot was blurred

  • would that kick the police taught them break ur toes?!

  • @thatkindofguy234 depends on the shoes (if you're wearing any) you're using.

  • Bill dosen't even straighten his leg..

  • their march looks like they woke up with their assholes sore

  • Dude, thats the coolest martial art of them all!

  • every time those cops do that kick they drop there right arm so if i move to the side i can easily punch them in the face. thats like the most basic karate lesson u learn when doing that kick

  • wow master wong ig a monster. i still would wanna fight him tho. i think it would be soo much fun

  • @chunkolard Yah I wanna try to fight him too even though I'll get my ass kicked, lol.

  • these are better wing chung practitioneers, they look like real experts

  • Ying Chun created the style, stop it...with out a teacher? She was taught by a Kung Fu Master, who created or adapted, his Kung Fu Style (probably White Eye Brow or Wu Mei Pai) to accommodate the lack of physical power a woman can generate, developing the short wrist blocks, Tan Sao, and BAn Sao, and the high horse stance and zig zag pattern of execution...

    This is my understanding...

  • whats wrong with wing chun???

  • its pronounced wing choon... not chun

  • Wires need Chuck Norris for support.

  • Hey! Bill is wearing a kobe black mamba shirt

  • "One punch, no matter how devastating, wouldn't be enough to survive in a fight"

Wroooong mind set. If you don't throw your first punch with the intent to knock your opponent out, but he intends to knock you out on his first punch, there's a good chance you've already lost.

  • @gaxxag agree, plus in ving tsun there is a saying "if you havent K.O'd your opponent in the first 3 seconds you have most likely already lost".

  • @gaxxag i think what bill meant is "we need to learn more then just this one technique if we wanna survive blah blah blah" not "throwing only one punch isn't enough" ^_^ And he's right to a point, but i'd rather face a guy who has 100 different techniques then someone who's trained just a few of them thousands of times.

  • @bloodriotiori that is 100% true

  • jacky chan never used wired stuff, that's one of the reasons why he was famous for

  • only thing i hate about this show is that cocky moron, Jason.

  • check out the video "Frankie Learns A Lesson" for some #*#*$!! funny shit =D

kung fu (or somethin?) wins the day, lmfao

  • Im going to start Wing Chun because of this video.

  • why do they add these after effects

    lame ...

  • wow the blindfolded guy is incredible! even in slow motion, his moves are fast

  • if youg guys are impressed by him check out ip man

  • uhoh jasons gonna get his ass kicked by jackie chan............. lol

  • lol that wing ching stuff was some real BS

  • @spamllpitdept how is it bs

  • @aaronon1 - Cuz it's fockin worthless

  • @spamllpitdept

how is worthless? proof? or are you just gonna keep saying "worthless" like a closed-minded idiot?

  • @hentajus - lol you're even dumber that your mom for not aborting you. All you have to do is watch Fight Quest's wing chun video where the masters themselve's best student looked like bloody fools against the hosts when they fought. You wing chun morons can't claim it's just some shitty fighters either becuase this was the two most recognized master's best students. Lue Ting or however you spell his name. Next, you can do searches for things like Wing Chun vs Karate on youtube.

  • @spamllpitdept

recognised for their commercials and shit like that leung ting's piece of shit lineage teaches you to be soft, they don't do sparring and they pay like 5k bucks a year for that crap. Yeah you can just type in Wing chun vs jeet kune do & karate or "wing chun vs kickboxer" or "fightnight wing tsun vs mma" or "WTMethodsHighlite" wc practitioner beats an mma loudmouth you can watch any of shawn obasi's videos like the one where he k.o.'s his opponent with these punches in 18 seconds

  • @spamllpitdept @aaronon1 clearly you are just a stupid kid who watches shit all all day and thinks you're a expert on martial arts, even the MMA fighter in the series wouldn't dare criticise wong chun, what give you the right to critised it?

  • 5:41 .. what ever happened to "never anticipate your opponent

  • Jackie Chan didn't use wires when he was younger.

  • i use to learn this and dropped it for taekwondo, this just made me decide to fuck taekwondo and take up Wing Chun again!

  • The punches go so fast, its like the matrix

  • I'm pretty sure they used it in the movies, esp the first one where Morpheus and Neo fight

  • wing chun origin story is sketchy

  • It's just a disguise of the true origin. Simplified shaolin system to help people of the villages defend themselves.

  • very useful for selfdefence

  • I'll be hella laughing if Jackie Chan gets you xD!

  • holy shit the blindfolded guy is a BEAST!!

  • @OneShotSniper05 he looks like a young Zhuge Liang

  • @OneShotSniper05

wing chun is an amazing martial art, I studied it for about 5 years and still continue to work with it on my own. it is great.

  • @OneShotSniper05 that's the power of Wing Chun

  • @OneShotSniper05 afterall wing chun is one of the most well known martial arts in china

  • excuse me i don't really like wingchun punch b/c its really close ranch

but it is very good if u r blinded by like if ur opp throw sand at ur eyes and u can't see

  • when you get into a fight in a real life situation your opponent is close to you... so close range combat styles like this are very efficient

  • I know it looks weak, but since most Wing Chun practicioners can generate a lot of power from close ranged it becomes very effective in a real fight, and that power combined with speed usually smothers begginers and pressures some trained fighters that I know because its very hard to block/avoid the punches.

  • no i didn't mean its weak and SAGE 640 got a good points real life fight is very close range and wingchun actually could be a good one strike down martial art

  • True kicks are more powerful but it's how you lift your knee and extend your leg that makes a good kick...btw punches are pretty powerful you just need to know where to punch and how ;)

  • Well yeah, the muscles in the legs are larger than the muscles in the arms.

  • Why would Jackie Chan watch out? It's a widely known fact that he doesn't use wires...

  • watch fight science from nat geo...ull see the diff between the force generated with punches and kicks...kicks r way more powerful!

  • kicks are more powerful than punchess..so its deadly!

  • pfft. who says high kicks aren't practical?

  • As long as you're flexible enough to do them though lol

  • that dude looks hilarious doing this kung fu action movie stuff, he's usually so serious

  • they should've broken kung fu into more than one segment its too broad

  • Why have they subtitled a Englishman?

  • the explanation of the developement of wing tsun is told in more than one legend like it is here. there is also existing one, where two woman involved it from they experiences of shaolin kung fu training with kung fu munks.
