I chose Snivy as my starter (His name was Sebastian). I loved him, but he is really weak through out the game -_- I wasn't playing on Nuzlocke, but he fainted more then my other Pokemon so if I WAS playing Nuzlocke he would of died early on ;__;.

With Nuzlocke rules, do you HAVE to catch the first Pokemon you find? Like, if you do not want it, can you just run and not catch a Pokemon for that route?

@cdname123 Because I've played through twice already, and picked Oshawott the first time, and Tepig the second time. I picked Snivy this time because I haven't yet. I avoided picking him the first two times because I hated him, and knew he sucked. I picked him this time not only because I havent yet, but because he is arguably the weakest starter, and that gives me an added challenge.

@aquablade11 We did the same thing, then...in my first normal run I choosed Oshawott, in the second one I selected tepig (weird, cuz I preffer Tepig over oshawatt and snivy...) and in my Black's nuzlocke I'll select snivy xD

Just so you know, if you say no to helping the professor, the game resets from the title screen so you have to start from your last save. Since you didn't save, if you said no you would have to start over.

@CanuckVike Yes, Panpour would count as my pokemon for the dreamyard. He's probably the only gift pokemon I'll accept throughout the game though. Also, in 5th gen, you don't NEED hm's for anything, which I really like. Only time you ever need it is to cut the tree in front of the dreamyard. All the others are just used for shortcuts and items.
