Was not a break lock up, you made the classic "i need both feet to be on the floor were it is wet" mistake. Your foot slipped with those wonderful shoes your wearing, hence a front brake CANNOT lock itself up. Think about it, if your line ruptures you lose the fluid, no brake pressure.

Take it from a 15yr long biker ...you slipped, and fell clear cut case of new-rider error.

Will teach you to use BOTH feet, when approaching a wet surface to park next/on.
