Bonemerging Tool

No matter what the tool does not show up when I install it.

Ok, when i bonemerge a hat on a class with a pre-hat on( scout, sniper, soldier, engi), that hat is still there along wiht the hat i put on, and i cant found any hatless models. what do i do?

Help? When I try to bonemerge a hat that has his material changed to a ragdoll, at first it looks fine but when I look at it though the camera, it looks like the ragdoll also had the material on. Is there a way to correct this?

@bloodifang You only need to download TF2 (which is free). But this tool works with other ragdolls and their weapons/hats as well.

For some reason, weapons are acting weird for me. For example, if I bonemerge the Spy's default revolver onto him, it'll be facing down, as if the spy was holding it flat on his hand and the barrel would be out. Why's this? Is there any way to fix this or am I just doing something wrong?

@urajcptn No weapons don't work well with bonemerging, you'll be better off just no-colliding it and positioning it yourself.

@vassatiny As said before, you CAN attach anything you want but it won't be in the right place if the model isn't rigged to attach to the right place on your ragdoll/npc.
