@BrixFavorites This is how this clock runs. It is a wind up clock and the string and ball are the pendulum. It will do this until the mainspring unwinds.

excellent! I am still trying to make a similar

wrapping escapement but without the clock itself. It is tricky. Really appreciate this video clip !
