Wow! I wonder how they can pawn this stuff off as science. Show me some images of planets and stars that weren't drawn by computers and I'll show some interest. Seriously, you people need to look at the history of NASA and their true function before you fall for anything! They spent billions for computer technology advancement and called it exploration. I mean please people, WAKE UP!
1) This video was not produced by NASA. The YouTube user dfabrycky posted it and claims credit -in the video- (read the text beneath "The Kepler Orrery").
2) There -are- real images of extrasolar planets. To find them, search Google for "real images of extrasolar planets."
3) If you don't believe the pictures, you can detect these things yourself using an amateur telescope with a stable mount and good tracking, a CCD camera, and MaximDL--I've done it before . . .
there goes the goldilocks zone argument:)

Some people investigate, learn and are capable of understanding the universe. The rest have religions.

Excellent work. Kepler is paying off at an amazing rate.
I hope someone is busy working on near light or FTL travel. Maybe SpaceX has a skunk works.

@MrRhenoster I don't want to seem impatient, but it's been 2 months already. We're all still waiting for the video of the sex positions.
In the name of science, of course.
