Anyone know the name of this movie? Some great scenes but pity the plot

does not have the young guy shown being raped, then taken to the barn afterwards for lynching,barechested,in place of the older man. The noose going round his neck and being tightening would be a super shot before the drop and his legs treading air as he swings.
