A child conceived out of incest still has it's own UNIQUE DNA. "almost" doesn't cut it. Did you know that less than 4% of abortions are performed due to incest or rape? @VickieBurns2 Thank you! This just makes me so sad, because my daughter was born at 28 weeks and a lot of those babies including her could have been aborted legally. Granted the limit is supposed to be 24 weeks, but I've seen pictures of babies aborted about the same gestation as she was. And so I am really disgusted with this. And the question I have for anyone is if they are not HUMAN then how come preemies can survive outside the womb. They would not be considered human either.

as for human rights, a fetus is very debateable as for whither it is an individual being or not. So with that, shouldn't we let people decide what is right for them, by them?
And who decides for the fetus? The fetus doesn't have the ability to decide. If it's own parent can't decide what is best for her own unborn, then i will step in and speak up for him/her... They have the RIGHT TO LIFE! There is no denying that a fetus is human. It's DNA tells us that much.Just as a baby is human, a child is human, and a teenager is human. I was, and it was an assult and I chose to keep the child, because even though I was assulted the child is innocent and i chose like and i have a beautiful child now who I love with all my heart and who is loved by my family and her father who legally adopted her.

Pro choice here. I cant trick myself into thinking a fetus will come out a hipo for ex: or that its not alive.
I still figure its best for women to have choices in what happens in thier lives, men have the right why shouldnt we. Just because someones taking up residence dosnt change the fact that it is and was our body before a temporary home. Pregnancy is only a blessing if its wanted other wise no abortion would happen!

BTW, the fetus DOES breath. It gets it's oxygen through the mother via the umbilical chord. And, A "cancer" is not an individual. It has the SAME DNA as it's host. A fetus/embryo has it's OWN DNA. That's what makes it an individual, a person, a HUMAN.

i guess police should stop looking at babies found in dumpsters to find out if it was born dead then because it was breathing on it own all the time/ they test to see if it brought in a breath if it had its murdur if not something to do with disosing of bodies.
If it different DNA that makes a child i guess a girl raped by her father shouldnt be oblagated to bring forth that child since they would almost have the same dna.

A child conceived out of incest still has it's own UNIQUE DNA. "almost" doesn't cut it. Did you know that less than 4% of abortions are performed due to incest or rape? That leaves 96% that are performed for CONVENIENCE. That 96% makes up millions of babies being aborted every year becuase it's INCONVENIENT for the mom to carry him/her to full term. Now that's a shame

@VickieBurns2 Thank you! This just makes me so sad, because my daughter was born at 28 weeks and a lot of those babies including her could have been aborted legally. Granted the limit is supposed to be 24 weeks, but I've seen pictures of babies aborted about the same gestation as she was. And so I am really disgusted with this. And the question I have for anyone is if they are not HUMAN then how come preemies can survive outside the womb. They would not be considered human either.

And who decides for the fetus? The fetus doesn't have the ability to decide. If it's own parent can't decide what is best for her own unborn, then i will step in and speak up for him/her... They have the RIGHT TO LIFE! There is no denying that a fetus is human. It's DNA tells us that much.Just as a baby is human, a child is human, and a teenager is human. They are all just differnt stages of development. But the DNA tells us; the fetus is DEFINATELY human.

a fetus is NOT a seed. A "sperm" is a seed. An "egg" is a seed. A fetus is a little human, just as a little sunflower plant, is still a sunflower plant. A fetus is NOT the seed, it is the little plant.

You make a good point. While i am a devout Christian, i haven't always been one. But I have always known abortion is just plain and simply wrong. Even those who have abortions usually know it's wrong. They just felt desperate, afraid and ususlly uneducated about what exactly an abortion is. This isn't an assembly line of murdering babies though it may be a lovely image for those trying to persuade people that it's bad, but you don't look at it from a personal standpoint at all, just that it's bad no matter what. That depends on religion and I tend to try to base my opinions and steer clear of morality and more to reasoning. Im saying in the end no matter what the circumstances are at the end of the day it's your choice to do or not to do it. It's a personal opinion. Im saying that the baby would have had a hard time grasping the concept that his mother was raped and the psych damage it would impose. If what ur saying is pro-choice then I agree.
