Sheikh Yaqoubi is a muskrik he cleary says its ok to say Ya Resululah in front of the grave of the Prophet (SAW) between (1.00-1.11) it is FORBIDDEN to do that because you are calling on the grave, In turn Allah will nullify all your deeds because of this shrik, This person is a muskrik because he Also believes that Muhammad (SAw) is light, < which is shirk. Just because we say Ayyuhan nabi in tashahud .. Doesn't mean we can walk around call on the prophet and think he can hear us..

Allah is the all hearing. Giving that attribute to other then Allah is shirk.

+ in saheeh bukhari ibn mas'ood is reported to have said that they changed the tashahud.

THough ulama have kept it to ayyuhan nabi because it was teh command of the prophet.

NOTE: Shaykh Yaqoobi says at 0:48 that it is OK to say "Ya Rasoolullah" at the SHRINE.

And ONLY on this ALL the Scholars (ULEMA) agree. But there is a strong difference of opinion on if it is permissable to say "Ya Rasoolullah from afar e.g. a different country. So it is better to stay away from doubt and only act upon that which there is an agreement.
