the one-size is better in FB because you adjust in the elastic and the snaps (and is easy to do), BG you can't adjust the elastic on the legs. I also feel that sometimes velcro is scratchy on my son's tummy and not having velcro makes it easier to wash. FB also has a MUCH thicker and more absorbent insert.
The only thing I have found that I don't like about all pocket diapers is that a lot of times my son's poop covers the place where you take out the insert... it gets gross.
i am into cloth diapering and wanted to purchase bumgenius but i am located here in the Philippines... is there a way i can purchase these product. i have googled and have read reviews about the product and bumgenius i what i need.
I just found out about these diapers recently, we are definitely planning on trying them out when our baby comes in July! I definitely had some wrong preconceived notions about cloth diapers!
Jen! I'm a soon to be new daddy and I'm excited about cloth (she's not). I want to convince her to at least try it. How many BumGenius do you need to have on hand so you aren't washing all the time. Do you need to wash them twice? How do we find a class or seminar locally to show the pros/cons of cloth?! Thanks.
We recommend a minimum of 24 diapers. If you go to the bumgenius website, you'll find a list of retailers along with washing instructions. Many retailers also offer classes in cloth diapering. Hope that helps!
We found a (lone) retailer locally that sells them, they only have the once-size however. We DID buy one! And are really excited to buy more. They don't offer any classes (we asked). Any other ideas?
Yes, you should call our customer service department at 888-332-2243. We have a fantastic customer service group here who are able to answer just about any cloth diapering question you can throw at them! Have a great evening. :)
At our house, we find 16 diapers to be the perfect number. I don't have to EVERY night, but I don't have SO many that I'm tempted to leave them in the pail for more than a couple days (a most unpleasant experience).
Thanks for watching our video! Aren't these great!?!?! We hope you'll check out the rest of BabyTV where we have a ton of articles and videos that might interest you! Thanks again for your comment!

BumGenius is my husband's favorite brand! If it were up to him, ALL of our cloth diapers would be BumGenius. :-P
