That is soooo true chris!!! A lot of people dont think of salads as filling or delicious. However, ive always known this to be true since i was a kid. Im thin, cute, and in good shape naturally, and NATURALLY eat pretty healthy, exept indulging in espresso drinks and sweets sometimes. My only problem is i need to eat more, i want to be 115 lbs. A factor of me not eating much is i cant decide what i want, i dont like only 1 thing, salads let me fill multiple cravings.Good option for non cookers!!

It obviously wasn't slaughtered, and for some reason (probably to save money) it wasn't killed the more ethical way: with lethal injection. It was instead electrocuted with a probe up its back side. >.<

I am a bit confused because I don't understand why someone refuses to eat meat because they love animals but on the other hand they eat things like cheese and gelatine. I think that animals are, in fact killed for gelatin. It comes from their bones and muscles, and a lot of people don't know that. Cheese is okay, because it is dairy and is made from an animal's milk, but many dairy animals (cows, goats, etc.) are treated poorly, so vegetarians need to make sure their cheese comes from happy cows. :D (There is fake cheese, but most fake cheese, if you haven't grown up on it, is naaasteh.)

Saying that cheese is okay because it is a dairy product is most of the time not true because MANY types of cheese contain cow stomach rennet. Sorry my English is not the best but you can look it up, it is true. I found out about this when I saw that some types of cheese have a vegetarian label and some not. I did some research then and now I only buy vegetarian cheese that comes from happy cows. :)
