Sad to day, most Americans need a cup of coffee and a cigarette to get going in the morning. Combine that addiction with electronics (iPhones, cable TV, etc.) and sleep discipline is impossible to manage.
hes right . positive thinking is verry powerful .. and just to add on why people have a hard time to fall asleep hes righ .. not becaus its computers and t.v .. but becaus of ligh ..,. if there is ligh your body wont produce melatonin .. if you have troble falling asleep just make sure there is total darknes for about 15 minuts .. youl be sleeping not long after ..
Combing hair or brushing teeth is not an issue of individual tuning to natural energys (as waking up is).Our deepest most recharging hours of sleep are from 2-5,scientists have found (and that slot varies in individuals).We can force ourself up earlier with discipline,but "some" suffer later in the day with extreme tiredness as they brutally interrupted nature.Taking an 11 minute "nap" isn't practical in western society. Many of us only get a 15-30 minute break "daily" and that is used to eat.
I get up everday between 4-5 am,--(for high school)--and its so hard for me to get up until its nearly impossible to get up. But on the other hand i take sleeping pills...any suggestions on that anybody?????
