here's a shortcut someone taught me. Press shift and alt at the same time to switch between the two languages quickly without needing to click on the language bar
I am very happy to chance upon this video . . . i had long wanted to install chinese character on my laptop, but to no avail. this video really helps, and it was the first time that i was able to install it successfully . . . 谢谢！ about the saving of files, what do you mean by unicode? how can i do it?
@scotplane Yes. But if you input text into a notepad microsoft words etc, when you save the file, you have to unicode it if not when you open the particular file next time the chinese text you've written will be replaced with question marks, hope that helps.
