he lost his arm on the A57 road.. his car failed to yield a left hand corner and crashed he said he messsed up someone's new years eve party. what a sense of humor. i love him his arm was taken by the seatbelt which wasn't properly done. it took it off by going across his chest and left the arm in the car.. he left via the sun roof and landed in a field... you are amazing rick!!!

everyone thinks joey jordison is the best drummer. he has two hands. he is the fastest double bass pedal player. but the bass pedals is the only thing he is realy good for. rick playes everything he does with his left hand with his left foot. now rick must be the best drummer. he adapted to what he is limited to!

I just went to my first Def Leppard concert and I want to give some credit to Rick Allen. What an unbelievable drummer. He lost his arm at age 22 and had to learn how to play drums all over again and with his feet. What a hero!!!! I so admire him. I was so fascinated with his drumming and his couragement. What a hero he is!!!!!
