i'm pretty sure they get paid a percentage of the advertisments to the side of their videos... Nothing to do with views. It's all dependant on how many people click the adds on and around their vids. You'll notice adverts to the right of partners vids, but no adds on non-partner vids

its not that he cant hold the camera still, its a film style of recording something... its like different styles in everything like writing music etc, its a different approach to filming as seen in the office etc.. I personally enjoy it with some shows like this.

I was thinking of doing my own youtube vids with a similar concept. Crazy...any way I can help...i went to school for 3d animation...and can do "anythiing" with video. Have the know how and equipment...just no sound stage and all Somebody contact me. Professional skill for free...i would be in the industry but my comp crashed and deleted my demo realI n the process of doing another but don't have resources i once had...need something to play with
