Paul's mind was elsewhere when he met Heather and could not see the horns on her head. Everyone close to him saw it. Man, the bitch did her best to flatter Paul to build his ego that he didn't see it coming. It's too bad he didn't wake up and smell the coffee about her shady past before she took a big chunk out of his income.

When analyzing the court case, HEATHER REALLY DID LOSE. She originally wanted as much as $250M assuming Paul's worth is $1.6B. Paul was willing to settle out of court as high as $100M with a gag attached. But she refused, and wanted to go to court but also fired her attorneys. The judge then said Paul is worth $800M not $1.6B. So, that killed Heather's intention of getting more from Paul going to court. She could have settled out of court but lost out going to court from getting what she wanted.

Linda Eastman was four months pregnant with his kid before he decided to marry her. I wonder if he really would have married her if she was not pregnant. As it turned out, the relationship did flourish and they stayed together until her death. I think Linda is turning over her grave seeing what shit Paul had gotten himself into now.
