  • Also in the opening scene he was literally surrounded by gay people, even more evidence there

  • Sometimes I hate myself for finding the obviously homosexual characters attractive So much disappointment. TT^TT

  • Ahahaha, this really made me laugh. I remember watching this with my friends, and they had this huge argument about whether Ozzy was "that way" or not. And then I noticed that folder, so they had to stop and rewind, and voíla! Proof!

  • following the route of Alexander the Great - a childhood idol

  • Oh my god. Cannot unsee 0:19

  • what song is this!!??

  • Cue Nite Owl's look of shock at the Boys Folder.

  • shotymandias

  • He was wearing a purple suit with a golden pin, it was pretty obvious even without the 'boys' folder.

  • @DairiiMon Well in a movie where everyone else is dressed in a dark costume, someone had to use light colors. Not his fault he picked one of the more... effeminate colors.

  • F*ckin OZ!

  • F**ckin OZ!

  • he is gay, in watchmen's intro for example he is with the drag queens and guys dessed up as superheroes or something and later when they are celebrating Silk Spectre's retirement he is caressing some other guy's face in the table.

  • @hopevol2

that wasnt him that was some other guy from the first minutemen.

  • @tarjay35

yeah sorry :) I realized after xDD but he is with the drag queens and so.

  • @hopevol2

no problem :) i never noticed the boys folder till now lol

  • @hopevol2 lol he wasn't even at her retirement party

  • GAY POWER X3

  • Well, Alexander the Great was gay too...lol.

  • "I mean, she[silhouette] wasnt the only gay person in the minutemen"

  • Ya kno, that caught my eye every time this scene came up. Good to kno someone else noticed.

  • must have that song!

  • No wonder he enjoys spandex too much

  • Lmao!

  • hahaha

  • Oh god that never gets old, lol

  • possibly homosexual? investigation solved!

  • wat the neim of this song

    pls

  • Adrian's role model is Alexander The Great. Maybe Moore used this as a hint of his sexuality. After all, Adrian was inspired by him, perhaps because they had a lot of things in common. Like being bisexual. Though, i do believe that he probably likes men more than women.

  • bahaha nite owl's face is like O.o

  • he is homosexual,I bet he never gets pussy, plus, who cares if he's gay???HE'S A BEAST!!

  • I'VE SEEN THIS LIKE TEN TIMES AND IT JUST GETS BETTER EVERY TIME

plus who cares if veidt is gay or not

the important thing is that he's ~FIERCE~

  • lmAO!

  • the smartest man in the world wasn't able to hide a file on his computer? Its seriously just out there XD

If a maid or someone just comes to dust off his moniter, and it's on, they can clearly see it. XD

  • Who cares if hes gay?? he's the smartest man on the planet!

  • no he's the smartest gay man on the planet xD

  • haha it explains it all

  • FYI, there's a scene at the starting credit, shows that Adrian hang-out at the gay bar or pub... and i think Zack Snyder put this character as a male homosexual.

  • It was Studio 54, a gay freindly discoteque. And it was Alan Moore that made Adrian a homosexual not Zac Snyder.

  • really? i remember from the comic that Rorschach said "possibly homosexual?", but not confirmed homosexual, or maybe the purple he used was actually a symbol of it~

  • Rorschach says he is possibly homosexual, Alan Moore says he is homosexual.

  • Just curious, what is the name of that song?

  • Nevermind.

  • Baltimora - Tarzan Boy

  • music super :D

  • owaowaowaowaowaaaaaaaaaah!

  • lol never noticed!

  • I'm so glad you put this up. When i went and saw the movie for the first time i was like "wait...wtf!?" LOL XD

  • That seriously, was like, my favorite part of the movie. Because my friend always likes flamboyant, sexually ambigious characters, and he always insists that he doesn't. Well, a few minutes before this, he leaned over and said, "Hey, I really like that Ozymandias guy." And then, boom. BOYS. Fucking perfect.

  • Adrian is sexually ambiguous. All the Watchmen characters are anthropomorphic concepts of comic book characters and their clichés. Adrian is the liberal, while Rorschach is the conservative one.

Adrian obviously does not care about his lover's sex. He's bisexual.

  • sorry honest mistake

  • No, he's gay. Get over it, you lame fangirls.

Fangirls of Watchmen are so fucking annoying.

  • He could also be Bisexual?

  • I hope he's bisexual.

  • lol was that actually in the movie

  • It was! XD I LOLed so hard when I noticed that.

  • Yeah, it was. I noticed it first when I saw it in the theater, but I thought I was wrong. My brother checks out the DVD some months later and sure enough, there it is.

  • lol absolutely halarious I guess Rorshack was right. the ending to the movie/novel did upset me though i do wish Rorshack kicked his ass on the end (P:S has nothing to do with the fact that he's gay its more because ozymandis is portrayed a s a douche in the story.

  • Yeah man, that scene where ozy raped rorschach AND nite owl was some bullshit.....i understand that he's knows alot of diff. martial arts, but damn, that was brutal

  • Why the hell does it matter?

  • lol it doesnt. its just really ironic! im sorry i got a good laugh out of it, if it makes you feel any better?

  • I'd hit it.

  • didn´t know this thanks for posting

  • homosexuality confirmed

  • Possible homosexual, must investigate further.

  • in the beginning, ozy is at a gay club, or something like it, and rorshch refers to him as a "possible homosexual"

  • LOL, no, that was Studio 54. Big names used to hang out there, which is why you see Ozy going up and greeting Mick Jagger, etc., outside the nightclub in the beginning of the movie.

  • I think that was his office....

  • xD I watched it like 5 times and didnt notice that till my sister showed me xD

  • I knew Ozy was gay since i read the comic

  • omg i never noticed the boys file till my friend pointed it out freakin halarious

  • :'D

  • lol that poisoned guy at the end takes on a new meaning now...

  • dude, sick...

  • Hahaha.

  • lol

  • why?

  • Saw the commercial, and didn't like it.

Saw the music video for this song, and seriously got your point.

  • lol "go west" ;)

  • i noticed that the first time i saw adrian, totally fag

  • Lol yeah I noticed that in the theaters :d

  • yo i actually noticed that the second time i saw th movie and i was like wtf

  • lol the song is what gets me every time

  • I remember seeing that in theaters ( I am a Watchmen fan) and noticed the file called boys on the computer I loled and people looked at me like why are you laughing I love opening night

    possible homosexual, must investigate further

    - Rorshachs thoughts on Ozymandias

  • Rorschach did actually consider Ozymandias being gay, noted "must remember to investigate further"

  • omg xD have u seem dams face lol

    xD this is legend lol

  • Considering this is an '80s song for a story set in the '80s, I can't decide whether to laugh or be offended.

  • hahahaha, hilarius xD

  • "possibly homosexual"

  • The only one with the power to stop Ozymandias is Chris Hansen!

  • You want sick? Read some of the Daniel/Adrian slash fanfictions in livejournal. Now THAT'S sick.

Btw, Sexual Healing by Marvin Gaye would work perfect on this video.

  • lololol the Dan/Adrian fics on LJ are all hilarious. At least the ones I read made me lol.

  • I was reading one in class through Iphone and I nearly got kicked out of the class, because I started to laugh out loud.

  • yes. Daniel/Adrian slash is wrong.

but Eddie/Adrian on the other hand...

I slash those two so hard.

  • so THAT'S why nite owl looked so bewildered!

  • and THAT's what was with the "white foam" in the assassin's mouth!

    lol!

  • LAWL SO TRUE

  • oh my - the more often I watch it, the better it becomes XD

btw: what song is that? it's pretty catchy...

  • "Tarzan Boy" by Baltimora. :-)

  • Ah, meanwhile I found out, but thanks anyway XD

  • DITTO :)

  • Thanx!!! :) I still find this very hard to believe or maybe it's just that I DON'T WANT to believe...too disturbing to investingate further!

  • Haha, no worries. It's not like Matthew Goode is the authority on Rorschach anyway.

And he was just saying that a psychiatrist might say Rorschach was into Adrian. BUT anyway. It's a pretty funny thought.

  • Rorschach has a crush on Ozymandias, guys. Even Matthew Goode says.

  • OMG! When the hell did Goode say this?!? Dammit, now I must know...

  • He said it in a moviefone interview. I think it's on youtube somewhere.

  • psh. rorschach has a gigantic teenage crush on NITE OWL II. none of this silly ozymandias stuff.

    XD

  • Who says he can't have TWO gigantic teenage crushes? All the more to write in his journal about.

I'm sure the parts we didn't see were about how sexy Ozymandias's hair was or how Nite Owl had the most gorgeous eyes everrrr or something.

    :P

  • True! What's this "Investigate further" stuff about Rorschach?

    LOL

I'd love to see your version of Rorschach's journal louangiebou!

  • Hahahahaha, it would probably just look like:

    Rorschach's Journal

Veidt looking particularly scrumptious today. Was tempted to run fingers through his hair. Resisted. Just barely.

    :P

  • he then proceeded to write about something like the decay of mankind or something...i forget...

  • Yeah, yeah, right. The less important stuff.

  • truer words have never been spoken.

  • "porn to be alive" HAHAHA I invented this with my best friend! xD HAHAHA adrian has his "boys" file on his evil plan xD that was funny! :P

  • I like how Ozy keeps his porn on the same file as his grand master world domination plan :P

  • Even Ozy needs a break from saving the world by killing millions now and then.

  • LMAO! I know, isn't that epic?

  • So wrong, but so freakin' funny! LMAO! Gotta love the Baltimora "Tarzan Boy" song too. ;-)

  • She wasn't the only one of us who was gay. I guess the job attracts a certain kind of people.

  • ahhh the first time i saw that i wailed with laughter.

    XD

  • Ozy likes boys, eh? Bubastis is not pleased.

  • at first I was like :| then I loled, I loled so fucking hard that I cried xD

  • I didn't notice the "boys" folder before xD

  • I wonder why he would have to investigate further with that bad taste already in his mouth.

  • BAHAHAHAHAHA

  • ohh dude good call.

  • It kinda surprised me after checking your comment.

15 thumbs up may not be much but it's not what I've ever seen on my comments.

  • I wonder whats in his mouth at the end, huurm.

  • Comment removed

  • The maker of the clip should have stopped the video before the amount of that white stuff looks too apparently foam. Maybe stopping it long enough for us to see what's coming out is white, and then stop. Then cut to Ozymandias gloating. That would be even more convincing.

  • Wow. What editing can do to really make you wonder about a character.

Purple suits and a purple creature he always hangs out with all alone at the top of a very high vertical tower... Hmmm.

  • it's real, watch the movie again.

  • wow, i didn't even notice that in the movie! LOL

  • God, I noticed this in the movie and I cracked the fuck up. It's hard to even notice. I love the way you edited this. "Possibly homosexual. Must investigate further."

Anyhow, people, the entire point of Watchmen is that no one is the hero, at least not in a clearly defined way,and leaves it up to you really. And therein lies the genius.

  • Talk about bad taste in mouth

  • OMG LOLOLOLOLOL

  • lmao. this kills me every time.

  • oh my god lol

  • I laughed so hard when I saw that in the movie.

  • And The village people in the background in the beginning of the movie xD How can he not be gay?

  • He's a pedophile as well as a villain I guess. I cracked up when I noticed that folder.

  • he's not a villain. he made world peace.

  • I wouldn't call him a hero, though...

  • i wouldn't call Rorschach a hero either.

Rorschach also doesn't care if lots of people are killed when it's needed to establish peace. He supports the decision of the US to drop the nukes on Japan in WWII.

  • Rorschach didn't agree with the nukes being dropped...Walter did...he wrote that as a boy, before he changed. Before he became "Rorschach pretending to be Kovacs."

  • Rorschach believed that justice has to be served, even at the cost of world peace. I guess he asked Manhattan to kill him as his last compromise. He knew his persistence regardless of the fate of the world was wrong, but he couldn't live with making the decision to play along with Veidt and not letting justice be served. Very tragic ending, the only occasion where the seemingly cold and emotionless Rorschach showed any emotion, compromising by dying.

  • Yeah, that was something I liked about the movie. I've never read the Watchmen comics so I had no idea what was going to happen. It seemed to be setting up for a classic "villain tells his evil plan to heroes then gets foiled" ending, so it really surprised me when the guy's evil plan actually worked, and it actually had some good consequences. The movie's different, like it or not you have to admit that. The antagonist was really more heroic than the rest of the characters. Good movie.

  • That's so true. Usually we imagine the villain's "master stroke" to be planned after it was told to our heroes. Instead, the villain did it, thirty-five minutes ago.

  • World peace that will start dissintigrating as soon as Rorschach's diary is published.

Ozymandias is the smiley face, and Rorschach is the blood stain on the smiley face. Ozymandias wants to build a perfect world, while Rorschach is that annoying stain that reminds everyone that it ain't so.

  • I think that was alluded to. Notice the "My name is Ozymandias, king of kings" poem? The Shelley one? It's in his throne room area. If you know what that poem says, it being there seems to imply his peace may not last that long.

And on the pedestal these words appear:

"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:

Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!"

Nothing beside remains: round the decay

Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,

The lone and level sands stretch far away.

  • Like others said, that's one of the points of the novel and movie. "Bad" and "good" are not clearly defined things in a world with shades of gray. You could argue what Adrian was good because it averted a nuclear war and saved countless of lives . . . or you could argue that the ends don't justify the means (tons of human lives sacrificed), especially when you consider that the peace installed is really just temporary. All up to the reader, really. ;)

  • I thought I was the only one who noticed the "boys" folder. This is hilarious!

  • lol

when my friend and i saw this at the movies we couldn't stop laughing ,our friends got mad at us but we didn't care. i loved this scene

  • LMFAO!

  • GODLY

  • HAHA! I didn't notice tht... if i were them i woulda clicked on tht folder.

  • cliick on it, even at the face of armageddon, never compromise!

  • Rorschach is prudish and homophobic. That's why.

  • Rorschach is not homophobic, but he does hate women.

  • Well, you're right.

    Still think he's prudish, though.

  • What makes you think that he's not homophobic? He wanted to investigate Veidt's sexuality like a crime.

  • So damn funny.

  • By the way, it's not a parody. It's actually in the movie.

  • "Infatuation for lower manhattan"? Does it mean hat he was staring at his cock? I didn't notice that...cause maybe I was staring it too... =D!!! I definetly was.

  • Yes, I noticed that too. =D!!!

  • IT is hinted in the book...bu the movie makes the point so mahny times and this one was just so fun LOL and again...Dan's face... LOL

Man o man...tarzan boys... wow. lol

  • Lol, perfect!

FrogsandSheep - It's Tarzan Boy by Baltimora.

  • What song is in this?

  • Aweeesssommmee. I love Dan's face, haha. XD

  • Disbelief

  • Quality!
