  • i think ultimate warrior, too. high energy, combined with him running to the ring it totally represented his character

  • the worst wreslteing theme is John Cena's theme... ive heard better rap wreslteing songs like R-TRUTH's music and hes pretty good with the corwd singin

  • Comment removed

  • AMERICAN MALES. AMERICAN MALES. AMERICAN MALES.

  • Cmon guys Justin Credible- Grinspoon Snap ya fingaz

    Hollywood Hogan- Voodoo Child

  • @mambaregime if were bringing up ECW themes then im saying tommy dreamer's and mikey whipwrecks

whipwreck's was just a perfect way to describe him early in his career

  • I really loved/love the Hardy Boyz theme

  • @EthanFaust yh that was sweet

i liked the dudleyz first theme two big goofy guys coming out to a goofy theme and then sending mae young through a table

  • Shinya Hashimoto's theme, and Great Muta's, they both had auras like shinya's was that of the great warrior and muta's felt like he was summoned from the depths of hell the opposite to the usual bushido warrior type most guys had. Japan does produce great music

  • shane mcmahon's current them "here comes the money", the ultimate businessman's theme

  • if your talking about themes, u need to talk about ultimate warrior

  • what about owen hart's? the one from when he was in a fued against stone cold was epic

  • bushwhackers, hands down, best themed entrance!!!

  • It's great you mention wrestlers should use more classical themes, and now Daniel Bryan Danielson uses Ride of The Valkyries.

  • @NeptuneNetwork yeah but ride of the Valkyries is greatly overused as it is

  • Road Warriors - Ironman by Sabbath

  • My favourite themes have got to be The Fabulous Rougeau's 'All American Boys' and Akeem/Slick 'Jive Soul Bro'

  • triple h my time entrance was quality, also dx run dmc entrance deserves a mention

  • grab them cakes. for the title alone, makes it the greatest theme of all time LMAO

  • The artist formerly known as Prince Iakea LOL his Purple Rain rip-off

  • L.A.X entrance theme - 5150 or Wolfpac or Aj styles new theme

  • Little trivia: Ric Flair's theme is actually titled "Also Sprach Zarathustra."

  • when vampiro, raven &/or muta were in the dark carnival w/ icp...& they used "take it"...imnot the biggest icpfan myself...but that song & their version of "let's go all the way" r the only 2 decent/nearly-good icp songs i can think of...just an opinion...an "imho 1 at that...

  • I think Million Dollar Man-Ted Dibiase Sr, The Four Horseman, The Road Warriors, Mark Henry, DX, NWO, Rob Van Dam, HHH, HBK, Bret Hart, Vince McMahon, Stone Cold-Steve Austin, Randy Orton, Miz and AJ Styles has the best theme music in wrestling business in my opinion.

  • Diesel Blues ftw!

  • Ultimate Warrior, Rick Flair and Undertaker

  • No Badstreet USA? Come on dude

  • you guy seem like barenaked ladies fans,no no i'm not saying youve seen a women nude

  • Razor Ramon...

  • tge last classical theme i can remember was Chris Masters, but they have since replaced it

  • four horsemen, nwo, wolfpac, undertaker, kane, wcw macho man, real american, dx, HHH, shawn michaels, ahmed johnson, ultimate warrior...oh the list of awesome themes is endless

  • brett heart most def da best

  • @wwwfchampion I'm sorry but his wasn't better than the Road Warriors(Iron Man), the Freebirds(Freebird), Kerry Von Erich(Tom Sawyer), Gordy & Williams(I Love it Loud), Chris Adams & Gino Hernandez(Bad to the Bone).

  • @86lenny brett's theme was the most recognized theme in the wwf @ da time every time the crown heard tht openin slide they went wild

  • nWo Wolfpack's theme was my favorite! "Don't turn ur back on the Wolfpack... or u might wind up in a body bag.."

  • The Beautiful People theme is probably the best music TNA has right now.

  • I find it a lot cooler when a theme was specifically created from scratch based off of a wrestler's persona and the character they're supposed to represent. I mean, it's kinda cool that they can get almost any song they want and use it as their theme. But in that sense, the creativity is lost and it's not that special as having a song that was made FOR you.

Besides, who wouldn't want a theme created by Johnston? That guy's a genius! I love his work XD

  • "stranglehold"(kevin von erich)..."man in the box"(dreamer)..."tom sawyer"(kerry von erich)..."desperado"(funk...terry...NOT flash/scorpio)...2 cold scorpios wcw theme..."dont step 2 ron"(simmons)..."international woman"(gail kim)...those are THE BEST THEMES IVE E-V-E-R HEARD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!!!!...

  • al snows "heel" theme in '99 was/is WAY BETTER (2 me,anyway) than the "what does everybody want...?!?!?!" theme...i think its a bit more associated w/ the radicals...but it was al snows 1st...!!!

  • undertaker ROLLIN'

  • i liked evolution, batista, christian's tna theme, randy orton's face theme, DX, & HHH's "my time"

  • hulk hogans penis is so smooth.

  • Top 5 themes ever

    1. Legion of Doom- WWF version

    2- Undertaker- 1st version

    3- Hulk Hogan- Real American

    4- 4 Horseman theme

5- And believe it or not Christian Cages current theme.

  • What about the Million Dollar Man Theme, Come on I can listen to that laugh all day

  • i think corino used/uses "o frotuna" (&/or at-least a remix[-of-sorts] of it) 4 (give &/or take) the last several years (or-so,i think)!!!

  • Road Warriors when they came out to Iron Man. When you heard that, you knew someone was getting their ass kicked.

  • Ya but there WWE theme was just as badass.

  • Hey Backseat Boys Trent Acid and Johnny Kashmere are awesome. =)

  • Bushwackers Theme suited perfectly for 2 goofs.

  • the "HOLLYWOOD BLOND(E)S" theme ruled...'till they started 2 give it 2 other guys (maybe except 4 valentine...it ONLY RULED when he used it after "the blond[e]s")!!!!!

  • Worst theme song ever:

Outback Jack"s theme from the 80's

    "Tie me kangaroo down"

  • WOLFPACK THEME..HOWLING>>>

  • final countdown-american dragon

    cult of personality-c.m.punk

    four horseman theme

    real american-hulk hogan

    l.o.d.-wwe theme WHAT A RUSH!!

    the champ is here-samoa joe

  • imagine "iron man" (sabbath) leading the road warriors/l.o.d,...as-well-as "stranglehold"(nugent)/"tom sawyer"(RUSH) leading the von erichs at a wrestlemania (that was/is my dream WM match...at-least 1 of them)

  • I liked the theme that Dusty Rhodes, Nikita Koloff, Paul Ellering and the Road Warriors came out to for the very first war games at the Great American bash 1987.

To the best of my knowledge they only used it once but I really liked it.

  • Jake the Snake's original theme..also the "trust me" theme was ominous. RVD's ECW theme was great. Brought the crowd to their feet immediately. Warriors theme in WWF was classic. I loved Sting's original theme in NWA/WCW, tons of energy which embodied his character. Sting's later theme "Man called Sting" was TERRIBLE. Everything off of that WCW cd in 1993 was terrible. "Mr. Bang Bang"?? cmon.

  • The ROCKERS. FUCKING AWESOME

  • what do you think of the trust me jake the snake hell theme?

  • for the nwo theme i think they used songs by hendrix like Stars That Play With Laughing Sam's Dice main riff for the beginning

  • The same man wrote the two best themes... the songs are Real American and Demolitions Themes. Thank you Rick Derringer.

  • i always liked all the nation/rock entrance music

  • My fav has to be The Rougeau Brothers love it :)

  • My Favorite Entrance Themes Were

    Midnight Express' Theme

    Chris Jericho's ECW Theme

    "Electric Head Pt.2"

Jimmy Rave "parade of the charioteers"

    Mr.Perfect's WWF theme

  • American Males!

  • What was Steve Austin's 1st WCW theme....it was a classical piece, but who did it.

  • barry horowitz's theme gets my vote

  • some of my favorite theme's are Mysterio's WCW theme (the classical one), HHH (any), Flair's, Big Man's (both of em), Warriors....all classic

  • i think even the backstreet boys would be disgusted by a crappy czw tag team playing on their band name.

  • Jushin Thunder Liger kicks every theme's *ss.

  • What you guys are referring to as the 'Space 2001' theme is actually called 'Also Sprach Zarathustra' by Richard Strauss. The reason why Flair used it, is mainly because it was also Elvis' entrance tune since the 70's. Hence the robes and Elvis' capes for further comparisons. Thought you'd like to know;-) I like your show. Cheers.

  • AMERICAN MALES

  • Backstreet Boys = Wrong

    Backseat Boyz = Correct

  • im guessing that these guys really dont focus foreign wrestling like japan, mexico, england.....but i am gonna say that 2 japanese wrestlers had the best entrance themes

    mitsuharu misawa with "spartan x"

and Kenta Kobashi with "Grand Sword"

if u havnt seen their entrances, you can easily find them here on youtube

  • Well, we'll be talking about Puroresu soon if it makes you happy.

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • I love how they talk about the pop if Macho Man came out to that theme, what a day that'd be

  • Nwo wolfpac music...

  • i cant believe no one's mentioned how horrid Bam Bam Bigalow's theme was. its consisted of Bam Bam repeating his name over and over. best theme ever, i'll go with Flair

  • JERICHO

  • balls mahoney entrance rulled

  • My fav was HHH old theme song "My Time"

  • Ultimate Warrior was the best

  • what about jeff jarrett's wwf late 90's and wcw kid rock ripoff theme i really liked those

  • mr perfect's was the best... but dont forget THE MIDNIGHT EXPRESS!!!

  • ultimate warrior had one of the best entrances....if u dont believe me watch wrestlemania 8 the ending of hogan vs sid...when his song hit everyone went crazy

  • weeeeee Caffeine! ok here goes:

imo only: Best theme: Bret's with guitar opening-it was so iconic that they use it to draw attention to the new"Hart" foundation

New age outlaws- say what you want about the over gimmickness but when you heard "OH YOU DIDNT KNOW?" your head popped up, admit it.(others too but damn character limit) Underrated- Christian's after the breakup of EnC "Christian, christian at last you're on your own" Worst Theme: Bret's WCW theme- SNORE! lame and unpassionate

  • Listen to al snows theme backwards, that voice in the chorus says "i am in the one in control"

    its on youtube somewhere

  • My two favorites entrance music were the nWo Wolfpack(starting with that howling) and "We Will Rock You" the tag team composed of Rick Rude and Manny Fernendez.

  • I actually like some of the corny themes they mentioned...like the 1-2-3 Kids theme and Sparky Plug, but I do agree with them as far the American Males theme being horrible...that was a bad theme. I mean no one knows but one part of that song.

Another horrible theme is Diesel's first theme...as it was just a diesel truck engine and a horn blaring.

Another theme I hated was Hillbilly Jim's theme...

  • host moves his damn hands too much.

  • Demolition's theme kicked ass.

  • oh yeah! thats a forgotten one. that was bad ass

  • jerry lawler?

  • Rick Martel's "model" theme. Razor Ramon, and brett hart wwf theme.

  • I agree with those themes...I also think that Mr. Perfect and Rick Rude had a great theme song. But the one theme song that I think to this day is epic is the Undertaker's 1st theme...the funeral march. The one he used from 1991 to 1994.

  • fav. kurt angle...the trumphets...come on...

  • Trent acid an the other guy were called 'The BackSeat Boyz'

And i agree, they shouldn't have used the midnight express theme

  • The other guy was Johnny Kasmir, I know who they are, heh. I just got the name wrong when I was trying to say it & didn't realize it until afterwards. Thanks

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • Razor ramons theme was good.Any of billy gunns themes were terrible.Edges rob zombie theme in 2002 was pretty good too

  • Yeah, I totally agree. Maybe it's cause I like Rob Zombie's music anyway, but that's the only thing I've ever liked about Edge, ha. And yeah, I don't know how we didn't bring up Ass Man as one of the worst!

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • I would love to be on this show

  • I think Vampiro's WCW theme was awesome.

  • Yeah, me too. He had a handful but they were pretty much all cool

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • @WrestlingRoundtable ...Idk about that..Do you not remember Take it? lol

  • @striker15338 haha, I liked it. It's no Beethoven or anything, ha, but it was alright. Of course, I haven't listened to it in like a decade, ha.

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • @striker15338 I downloaded a torrent of all the 1999 nitros and watched them all come out to it like a week ago, I agree its not a bad song by any means. However I just thought it wasnt a good entrance theme if that makes sense

  • im going to have to go wcw dean malenko. it seemed to fight his character perfectly. a no-nonsense im coming to hurt you theme. and i still love it

  • Wow I can never take wrestling THIS seriously.

Anyways, I'm so neutral to wrestling these days, WM 25 sounds so uninteresting.

  • Yeah, but your username is RKO. Sorry for being dumb to you

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • What do you mean "dumb to me"?

I never said it was dumb, and there is no relevancy between having my name as RKO and the seriousness of you taking wrestling. Don't know what you are implying-- I'm just saying that you take the business pretty seriously, which is fine.

And WM was garbage. Laughable main events with Cena and HHH winning. Taker/HBK was the only thing worth it

  • Ok, heh, I just got the impression you thought we were being goofy for "taking it too seriously" Sorry about that

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • I dont really understand what u are saying there, but if ur saying that Im critisizing u for ur hobby, then no. I dont care how seriously u take it, all I was saying was that i can never take it as seriously as you guys. But, I get that u have a deeper passion for it and I dont.

No problem, and no need to apologize :)

  • Alright, thanks :)

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • a couple of great themes were hogans theme(definitley the best ever, takes me back...) i also liked razor ramons, rudes and perfects themes, all were great, for the attitude era?id go with ministry taker theme and jerichos first theme.

  • IMO, Triple H has had a string of great themes since his DX days. From "Break It Down", "My Time", "All About the Game", "Evolution", to "King of Kings" have all been good.

Wasn't too fond of Drowning Pool's version at WM18.

Such a shame that his songs may be the best thing about him :)

  • Nice comeback. By the way I like the idea of Wrestling Roundtable. Great Show.

  • haha, thanks very much on both counts!

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • love the show...agreed on just about everything you guys point out.

    I'm a subscriber now

  • Thanks very much!

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • i'm surprised you guys left demolition off the list of best songs

  • We didn't

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • At my opinion, japanese wrestlers themes are the most impressives themes that I heard. I mean, when you heard Misawa's theme, Kobashi'stheme or Keiji Mutoh's theme, you have the impression to be stronger, you know that there's not a wrestler but a warrior who comes to the ring. This mix between electric guitar and electronic songs makes it amazing.

  • Time to play the Game............

  • Macho Man theme music is the SHIT & I used to get pumped up for the Midnight Express - it's still cool

  • But you guys should have edited a couple theme songs in to the show to allow the viewer to hear the good the bad and the ugly theme songs. lol. But I would have to add the Ultimate Warriors theme song.

The second the first chord of his song was played, the roof was about to get blown off with cheers.

  • Sure, if we want to be suspended for copyright infringement, heh

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • I like the idea of Wrestling Roundtable.

    Good Show.

  • Thank you!

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • Undertaker's first was without a doubt the best, when you'd hear the funeral bell toll you'd know someone would be getting hurt

  • Perfect's theme Is from EXODUS, not Spartacus...

  • You're right, I was way off. I just watched Spartacus actually so I doubly know how wrong I was, heh. Thanks, I stand corrected & will fix that in the DVD version

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • How could you guys not mention Dibiase's theme? For shame.

  • goldust had awesome musik

  • lugers old 88-92 wcw theme , demolition,goldust,warrior

  • What about Mr. Kennedy's theme?

    KENNEDY!

  • You guys forgot about Triple H's original theme when he first came out YULK! that was horrible he was trying to act all proper and shit.

  • UltimateWarrior & Undertaker the best entrances in wrestling

  • wat abt dx,The Rock,stone Cold,!!

  • do these dudes play D & D LOL

  • Yeah, "LOL," SOOOO funny. Dick.

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • You tell this guy what time it is.

  • I hope these bums aren't a part of the stimulus plan. Black Scorpion rulez the world. LOL....

  • Whatever

  • Jerry Lawler also used classical music. Modest Mussorgsky's The Great Gate of Kiev from Pictures at an Exhibition.

  • No mention of the Ultimate Warrior???

  • Actually, NiceVideos11, near the end they did mention the similarities between Razor Ramon and Steve Austin's theme, and between The Rockers and The Ultimate Warrior's theme.

And, don't worry, they're all awesome.

  • Ahhh yeah, that's true... but The Ultimate Warrior's entrance was so pivotal to the success of that character, it would merit them to spend a large part of the video on his entrance alone!!

  • The greatest and most coolest theme in the history of pro wrestling was the theme of Razor Ramon.

  • 1. Goldberg greatest male wrestler entrance music

    2. Bull Nakano-Boss of the World-best female entrance music.

  • I think mike awesome's music in ECW was awesome...

  • MAybe we don't care cuz we heard it so many times. But HBK music is really good too.

  • Stan Hansen's theme in Japan was awesome.

  • did you know that the nwo theme was actully the music for a porn film originally and i know that from looking at kevin Nashs shoot interview

  • Jive Soul Bro aka Slick and Akeem's theme. I can't believe it wasn't mentioned. It's gotta be top 10 for sure. You can't hear it on any of WWE's anthology box sets though as the music is copyrighted by Slick. So they dub over it with some crap. But this tune was just pure gold.

Also how about the Oddities theme? That got the fans pretty involved.

  • I THINK ONE (REPEAT) ONE of the best wrestling them and entraces is BILL GOLDBERG.... i rermember as a young teen ... i use to love when goldberg use to come the music was perfect for and the way he had cops escorting him to the ring and the pyro oh man that was the best

  • undertakers 96-98 music

  • My favorite themes have to be:

    Higher Brain Pattern (V2)

Stone Cold Steve's Austin's second theme (NOT the disturbed one, but the one after that overly dramatic theme, the Ringmaster, I guess?)

    Big Bossman

The Rock's theme that appears on WWF The Music Vol.3

The slow Ministry theme and the Mideon/Acolytes ministry theme

    Goldust

    and...

Tazz's WWF theme. Of course, I have more favorites, but those have to be the top ones.

  • Jimmy Valiant - Manhattan Transfer - Boy From New York City

Rick Rude & Manny Fernandez - Michael Jackson - Beat It

The New Breed - Beasty Boys - Fight for Your Right to Party

    Freebirds - Badstreet Atlanta GA

  • I loved the themes that made me think if I was a wrestler and heard their songs, I'd be like, "Aw shit, I have to fight THIS guy?" Those would be Ken Shamrock's, Chris Benoit's, Triple H's, Undertaker's, Brock Lesnar's, and many others. But in my opinion the best song out there was Austin's. Instead of saying, "Aw shit," You'd be more like, "FUCK!" as you're getting hit with a Stunner!

  • Lets show the Midnight Express some love.

You knew when you heard "The Chase"

Bobby Eaton, Stan Lane or Dennis Condrey were going to come out to kick some ass and Jim Cornette was going to shoot his mouth off, talk about his mama and get his ass kicked.

  • Nothing beats Randy Savage's Pomp. Whether heel or face, it just fit

  • It was one of the gayest songs ever, but I loved Strike Force "Girls in Cars"

  • one of my favorites is triple h king of kings by motorhead but thats just cuz i like motorhead.

  • yea i feel da triple h thing but da evolution theme rocked too.

  • 1 I also liked was Tazz's first WWF theme that theme is fucking badass

  • I've always loved Roddy Piper's WCW (not WWE) entrance. What was the name of that song, any idea? Love the show!

  • im thinking of a tag team that used zz tops sharp dressed man

  • Jimmy Garvin And Ronnie Garvin?

  • It might be the fantastics

  • RIC FLAIR stole his music from elvis presley....fact.

  • A song that I liked that I failed to mention because it was so goofy was Waylon Mercy's. lol Also for some reason I liked Rikishi's song when he was the street thug turned wrestler back in 95.

    -Rodney Wrestling Roundtable

  • Waylon Mercy? Holy shit, haha, that was great. But I can't remember "Make A Difference" Fatu's for the life of me, I'll have to YouTube it. Some sort of rap song, right?

    -E, Wrestling Roundtable

  • Yeah it was some rap song which I'm sure 98% of fans have forgotten about. Kurt Angle's WWF theme I always liked too. It really worked for him.

    -Rodney, Wrestling Roundtable
