It does show a striking degree of control and eloquence by o'reilly to call a high school student, whom he invited onto his show, a "pinhead," especially after that very student owned him completely. o'reilly doesn't even know the content of his own book. At the end he suggest that Jesse Lange ought to read it, when it appears o'reilly should actually read it. He probably didn't even check the galleys the Ghost Writer submitted to him to proof read.
