@b9st Yes you can, if it has external audio and video input jacks. better yet, put the video signal into the DVD player and the audio into the aux jack of a boombox stereo for better sound.

That RCA converter box looks almost exactly like the Winegard I bought not too long ago.

P.S. Try hooking some batteries to it. The DTV converter only needs 9 volts to operate and if you can supply that from batteries, you can use it during a power outage.
