i am having this same problem with my leg. it is almost a constant pain. starts at my left hip in the back and travels down the side and back of my left calf and then to the front of my left ankle. I don't know what it is and it hurts soo bad! sometimes i can't even lay down on my stomach it hurts so much.

Great video. Stretching might help or it could overstretch affected muscle strands. Trigger Point Therapy can be like detective work on such varied symptoms, but there are self-help tools that can help if you can't get to an experienced massage therapist.
