From there you affirm to yourself that you are "moving closer" over and over as that location moves closer to you until you are inside the vortex which will be spinning. Follow your focus point as it will dance around for 20 minutes and you may enter what he calls the "star field" and then freely explore in the astral. Its supposed to get easier the more you do it, much love!
